“Returning to Irene’s for the second time, exactly one year after our initial visit, was like rediscovering a cherished memory and finding it even more delightful than before. The ambiance, as always, was warmly inviting, a true embodiment of New Orleans’ charm. Each dish we tried seemed to surpass our fond recollections from the previous year, with flavors that were both familiar and excitingly enhanced. The service, impeccable and attentive, added to the overall exceptional experience. Irene’s not only met but exceeded our already high expectations, cementing its place as a must-visit destination in NOLA.”

We went to Irene's to celebrate my birthday and everything w was amazing. We started with cocktails, I had the Bella. For starters we tried crab gratin, and ravioli. For the mail course I had Duck St. Philip, with sweet potato mash. It was the best meal I've ever had, and our server Claudia was the best!! There was a live piano player, which added to the wonderful ambiance. For dessert we had the bread pudding. It was an excellent experience!! I can't recommend it enough, and when you make a reservation, ask for Claudia.

Irene’s was recommended to us by a few people before visiting NOLA for the first time. To say that it was delicious would be an understatement. The sweet potato bisque was the best soup I’ve ever had. Also, Brandon was a fantastic waiter!

Best restaurant in New Orleans! We have been 3 times now and each time, our experience is better! We love Dan, such a fun guy who provides too tier service. The food is incredible, always fresh and flavorful. Hands down the best cheesecake I have ever had! Must visit in New Orleans!

The duck was remarkable, delicious and delectable! Creole seafood pasta was a big hit for my son. I cannot believe this, but the meatball appetizer was better than my homemade meatballs! For those over 21, try the Spaghetti Western cocktail! Top notch service. Will hit it up again when back in the Big Easy!

A staple in New Orleans and rightfully so! The Watermelon salad was so refreshing on a hot NOLA day. The Duck St. Philip is incredibly tasty and crispy. The Meuniere Amandine was simply divine, extremely creamy and delicious. The star of the show was dessert. For a city known for their bread pudding and banana foster, combining the two should be heaven and Irene's Banana Foster Bread Puddings more than delivers. Truly exceptional and highly recommend.

Excellent. Also had the whole fish. Both entries were super huge. Reasonably priced. Service was outstanding. I think our attendant name was Dan. Everyone was super personable and friendly!

Amazing bartender that allowed us to learn about a liqueur that we hadn't tried before. Very knowledgeable waitress. We were on the way to Panama City Beach from our home in Austin, Texas. We were unexpectedly able to leave a day early for our trip so we did not have reservations but the host got us on the list and got us in about 20 minutes earlier than quoted. This dinner experience was the perfect kick off for our Panama City Beach trip. I can't say enough about the amazing resort Villa we stay at: Captain's Quarters PCB.
