Dunkin'

Well I was coming on here to make a complaint about the girl that apparently everyone else complains about so my question is how is she still working. About a week ago I watched her give free coffee out to two guys, obviously not anyone who works there and I may not be a Dunkin’ donut employee but I’m pretty sure only employees get free coffee I’ve also see this girl swear in front of customers including children talks about how much the job over works her I will officially go out of my way to avoid this place because the three times I’ve gone there in the mornings to get my coffee before work she has been a disgusting employee. Rude to customers, other employees and gives free coffee to anyone she likes and won’t serve people she don’t like. 4 times of terrible service from this girl is all it took from me to stop wanting to go there.

I will start with I have loved this location since I was 13, I've grown up here and have loved every employee and have been an employee myself and the customers are wonderful. Brittani Devin on March 18th verbally attacked me in front of many customers and her employees over something someone else did. She claimed something that was not true about me because I do not have a job. I told her I did nothing she continued to call me a liar and trying to start her personal drama her work place. Then my mother went in to get her coffee and she continued to swear. Now tonight, I go in and was informed that she told her employee not to serve me over the counter. She has done this to many other customers and it is not fair to the people that have done nothing wrong. I have contacted corporate and will continue forward with a lawyer. She is very unprofessional and I will not be harrased in a store I have always gone to since it is the closest store to my home. This location has lost it's reputation due to this having a poor manager. She has constantly claimed she is overworked and takes her anger out on employees and customers. if I could give less then one star I would. And it's sad because this has always been my go to!

The manager Brittani is very unprofessional and brings her personal life and past into her work place. She is supposed to represent the company to make customers feel welcomed and has put restraining orders against customers of many years, and has driven many long time customers out due to her lack of common courtesy. The Dunkin brands has always had employees and managers who put a smile on their face and works towards the customers needs. She is always telling customers that she's worked to many hours and how her employees are bad. I always loved this store but never greeted nicely anymore. negative atmosphere.

As a two time a day regular customer I have to give a bad review after the rude service I received this morning from who I assume is a new manager. I got my regular ice coffee and asked for an extra cup to insulate it to save my ice, and she reached for a plastic one..I said I wanted a styrofoam one and she said she can't give me one with the sip and win sticker on it (bullocks as I'm given them all the time, they either take the sticker off or have ones without them) So, I asked her to take it off.. She replied with *of course* after failing to remove a small sticker she slammed the cup on the counter and asked the nice employee I usually deal with to take it off. She was rude and lacked customer curtosy.I hope a district manager reads this and has a word with her on how one should behave in such a case as she has no clue how to adult or serve loyal, regular customers! I will be taking my morning business to another location.
