I normally have a difficult time getting a sandwich from subway, but these girls are on the ball. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a subway shop. Friendly, fast and delicious. I will never go to any other store in New Iberia. Awesome.

Beware of this place if you have a time limit for your lunch break. If you place a mobile order do not go in thinking it will be ready even if you place the order 30 minutes prior. On several occasions I have observed lack of organization with the staff which is why the wait is horrible. My sandwich today was thrown together with such disgrace. Just a horrible experience. If a manager was on shift it was hard to tell.

On Super Bowl Sunday I went to this franchise's website to check the menu. I noticed breakfast was offered but didn't want breakfast. I wanted 2 subs for the game. Went there at 9:03, door locked. Looked inside and notice employees working. One came to the door, didn't unlock it. I asked what time yall open. Response, maybe 10:00. I thought, maybe!!!! And they offer breakfast? Didn't want to wait 57 minutes so went elsewhere. Was Really looking forward to having 2 (TWO) great tasting subs from Subway for the game.

We order from them at least three times a week& order the same thing every time. One time out of three they get my order wrong. This day they forgot the cheese on my ham and cheese sandwich. Who orders just ham?!

We don't go to fast food places often, but today I treated myself to a subway foot long. I always enjoy myself because not only is the food good but the staff is great. Friendly, helpful, and patience, because sometime I have a hard time to decide what I want. Thanks for that.

Ordered a meatball sub, meatballs were burnt. Bread was dry and it wasn't the bread that I asked for. Never had a bad experience here before, but after tonight I will not be returning.

Horrible service especially at a time like this. I order online a salad bacon and chicken. Get the salad no meat at all. Called the guy told me the meat was chopped into the salad. Horrible no meat. No one has money to waste at a time like this. I will not be returning back. Horrible and sloppy salad.

Just ordered a 6 inch ham and cheese sub, it was the size of a lil hot dog bun. They must of used the pointed end of the bread.same size of a hot dog bun that you buy at the store. I'm done wasting my money at this place.
