Starbucks

I used to love coming here (and I would, very frequently) but lately I’ve been constantly getting my order wrong. This was my second mobile order to date, and yet again, my order is wrong. It was scheduled for pickup at 7:38 (which was the time I arrived) yet the sticker was made for 7:25? I’m assuming it was made at that time because my Frappuccino is literally chocolate mocha water upon pickup. In addition to that (as you can clearly see), I requested no whip cream. I’m not a confrontational person, and this is my first ever review for anything. But I’m just really frustrated with the service. Though, I always found the employees very kind. So I applaud them for doing THAT right :)

Of course, the place is very famous - a brand! But I won't say that there's super coffee or coffee that you'll only taste here. Yes, the space is comfortable and you can make a meeting in such a place to let you know that you're knowledgeable, BUT it's all just appearances. Expensive regular-good coffee + obscenely expensive snacks. That's it.

What happened to the amazing customer service at Starbucks??? I have never been to a Starbucks that has had such RUDE employees!! When I pay 15.00 for TWO coffee I expect it to be correct! And when I ask a question to the girl at the window she popped her little ugly neck and face to the side being unnecessarily rude. Management needs to give these kids some more training because I went there to buy 3 coffees and 2 50 dollar gift cards, but because of her nasty attitude I left with two DISGUSTING coffees only!! I realized the other coffee and gift cards were not worth me snatching her rude little self from behind that counter so I left with what I had. I will not be back nor will anyone from my office. Way to go Starbucks you lost at least $50 a day with us!! Way to GO!!!
