Subway

Everytime I called I got hung up on and who ever answered the phone was very rude and unpleasant. The sign and online said the store was open and no other sign stating that store wasn't open ( 27 and gratiot). I have also watched 3 other people try to walk into the business and nothing maybe this subway manager /owner needs to have a talk with their employees on how to open and answer phones

Service was slow, which is understandable given it seemed like one of the employees was new, but the other employee made service that much worse by rushing everything. Threw around foods, getting veggies we didn't order in our sandwiches, messed up computer system, forgot what I ordered. Refused to give my partner Italian Herbs and Cheese bread despite giving the person right behind us it before it was cooled completely. Gave us the wrong portions of food too. Take time to go slower and do a better job, most people are cool about that. Be rude about taking my order and I'm not coming back.
