Wing Madness

You need to change your advertised hours. Online is clearly states you are open until 10:00pm. I began calling at 9:18p in which my calls went unanswered, figuring hey maybe they’re busy, I continued the drive from Derby thinking I could place an order in person only to walk in at 9:36p to be told in a very nasty manner, that they are no longer taking orders. Sad part is that they’re always overly rude to customers as we frequent this location multiple times a week but my husband likes the food so I ignore the horrible customer service. Unfortunately tonight was a bit too much for me, I highly doubt we’ll be back.

Last time I called over the phone she said orders stopped at 9:30, this time she says at 9:45. I'm parked right outside watching her serve 2 customers. I don't remember the third time but it's now 3 times too many. I support the business, good food- decent customer service, but this time im "mad" & want to vent OR they just won't see me back.

Completely different experience from my first visit. These guys [and gals] have stepped up their game. If you've tried this establishment before and left disappointed, try it again because the growth has been exponential. All businesses started as babies. Don't be so quick to give up on them after one bad experience. Edit: I just realized this establishment received a bad review from a youtuber that has over a million subs. A large portion of these reviews are from people who have never been here but reviewed based on his experience. Not fair!

My boyfriend loves wings. So much. I however am vegetarian. My boyfriend had ordered from here before and told me how much he loved them so I decided I was going to treat him for Valentine’s Day. The employees were so so helpful with placing an advance order for Valentine’s Day and figuring out what to get because they have a ton of variations. It is such a welcoming environment there and I cannot fully express how appreciative I am for the people there who helped me. As for the actual wings, my boyfriend is next to me chowing down on the hot wings he says they are ‘really effing good, so good’ and that they are actually hot. Pricing is fair. Swing by and place an order you will not regret it I can vouch for awesome employees and great environment and my wing loving boyfriend just devoured his wings. Thank you so much Wing Madness!!!! (Also abt these 1 star reviews feedback is appropriate as for any review however just being nasty and rude to a small business during a economically smashing pandemic is bs)
