This Dunkin' is very clean and the girl behind the counter actually pays attention and gets your order right 😊
The staff in general on duty that day were friendly and efficient.
[One side note on this point] - I find that if you treat people nicely then you get the same in return... 80% of the time. If you act like a demanding and condescending snot you will not get far with people.
Remember, just because it's someone's job to perform a service for you doesn't mean they are robots with no feelings😊.

Very bad services I wait for more than 3 min to get my coffee. All the employees were in the back talking and there was 3 people waiting to get coffee. After I went to the back and ask I they can take my order they make me wait another 2 min... they should closed this places.

Small short staffed, but they try. Donut selection was actually better than larger Dunkin' Donuts that I've been to. I have been back a few times since my initial review, and I would say that I have a higher opinion of this shop than I did initially. That is why I am amending my review.

Everytime I go there it's always the same products are always old my kids get hard stale donuts and my coffee always taste old like the old burnt bottom of the pot that's been sitting service is always so slow and customer service is very poor they give attitude leave you waiting nobody never at the front register when I walk in people that's not paying customers be hanging inside taking up seats that paying customers should be able to use. Bad customer service poor product just because it's located in the hood don't mean it shouldn't give good product and good service not everyone that visit here is from this area

I guess if you're looking for a fast coffee it's okay but most of them don't put any tender loving care sometimes don't get the order right I don't know if I had a multibillion-dollar business I would just take better care of the people not all bad the food is decent some of the sandwiches but it's the way they make them and who's making them you really got a dig into them sometimes to make sure they do it right I hope this helped you if it did I don't know if you can respond have a great day and God bless PS I'm using speech text so if something came out wrong don't worry about it you'll figure it out

Worst customer experience. The person working the front desk was outside smoking and chit chatting while the other person was doing something else. No greetings and no one took our order. After five minutes, we left.

Be aware of this Dunkin' Donuts staff takes money and pocket it . has no business being open because The service to customers is so so sad I understand to low-paying job but the job is a job .attitude and not welcome to customers and poor service they make me get late to work because of the service I will no longer come to the Dunkin' Donuts or my family . If you're an employee in reading this comment be aware of your actions because sooner or later you will be terminated or your business will be closed this is a sad thing to see in the neighborhood like this because is not a great neighborhood if you don't like your job just go home I'll quit give somebody else the opportunity
