Again, I go there looking for my original Kentucky fried chicken. I ask how many thighs come in the box? This time 3 Thighs because it’s a $34 or $35 fill up…. I ask again once I get to the window. They say three. I ask are you sure they are the only pieces that are crispy? Because every time I come here they tell me that there are only a few crispy pieces and then they’re all legs and thighs original instead of a mixture or more crispy than original etc. Today I get all crispy pieces except for one original recipe leg! How fair is that? If I want crispy chicken then I will go to Popeyes! Shame on you! Shame on how you treat customers! If I wasn’t so tired from working a 14 hour shift I would’ve brought it back. Best believe it won’t happen again! The only reason why I gave you guys two stars is because the original piece chicken leg was good!!

The Management usually their must be horrible since the place is usually empty and when not the customer service in this place is on the floor. I've seen many times to cars in front of me the window men/women literally hand the food so fast to the people that it looks like their about to fall on them. You don't even want to think about looking at the angry faces as well. I don't order from here to avoid news worthy type of close downs.
