Subway

What happened to Prakruti also happened to me. I ordered online to pick up at 8:25pm Dec 8. But when I arrived there they were already closed although the closed time was said to be 9pm Sunday. What was really frustrating was their rudeness. They simply ignored you without any attempt to explain. I immediately contacted their customer service but still no solution. I guess I won't go to any Subway the rest of my life.

I am very disappointed with the service here. I ordered my sandwich online and the order was accepted immediately but when I went to pick it up, they didn't let me in because they closed earlier than the stated time (9:30 pm). I also tried to call the lady to the door on the counter because I wanted her to cancel the order from their side so that I do not have to pay for the food but she was so rude that despite seeing me knock, she just did not come to the door and instead looked away. I am very upset with their service.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered delivery through grubhub and I guess because they were almost closing my sandwich was made with no care. I order a bunch of veggies for my sandwich. The sandwich arrived to me with nothing but turkey and bread. Not even toasted. Extremely disrespectful the way this was put together

I really don't have any complaint with the food. More with the workers, I believe 4 work there but only 2 of them seem to really want to be there. I understand you may not be excited to work but at least fake it. There is one worker there that will spend her whole time in the back until you ring the bell. She never comes up front because of the door sound and that is just terrible.

It’s good. But I don’t understand how people really have deep issues about how there expression on there face looks. Like as if someone looks like they don’t wanna be there. If you were in school you would look tired if you do not want to be at school . Right or wrong ?? I would just get my food and bounce . Idc what their expression is. period.
