Atmosphere: Friendly, open The menu: Pre-set price of $29.99 includes all the meat, salad and soup you can eat. You can also select to take the food to go. The food: There are a total of 10 selections offered one at a time. The meats are presented “gaucho style” with the meat presented to the customer on a sword or very large skewer and the meat is cut at the table or the customer is given the whole meat selection if it is a sausage, chicken, pork, or lamb. The 9 meat offerings included were: lamb, top sirloin, skirt steak, garlic sirloin, beef rib, chicken and bacon, chicken and garlic, pork loin with Parmesan, pork sausage, and the 10th item is roasted pineapple with cinnamon sugar. The salad and soup bar included a selection of salads, toppings, rice, and soup. What I liked: THE MEAT! The FLAVORS WERE AMAZING!!! Each item was more flavorful than the last and by the 7th offering we were full but didn’t want to miss out on any of the selections so we kept going. The service was great as well and we didn’t want for anything. Bar/Alcohol: The restaurant has some present beverages with alcohol but they don’t have an actual bar. You can get mixed drinks, beer or wine, but it is limited to what they have on hand, you can’t order a vodka and club soda type of thing. Summary: Overall, the food was excellent and we will definitely return! This is a strong recommendation.

Absolutely amazing! The food is amazing here, very fresh, lots of options in salad bar and great tasting rodizio style meat. The atmosphere is very nice, and nice decor. The staff were incredible Everyone so pleasant, friendly, all with smiles on their faces and very family friendly. Very happy with the service, food, atmosphere, everything!!! I would highly recommend this spot and we will definitely be going back!

First time visiting and I must say I’m astounded. I was kindly greeted by Yuli, who went over the array of options for their rodizío. The salad bar is full of fresh and delicious variants of food, and their meats are splendid. I really enjoyed their ribs and picanha, as they are cooked to perfection. Overall, the staff are incredibly nice and helpful, making the experience one of the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Food and service were excellent! The system, all you can eat hot food, salad bar and steak beat all my expectations. All the rodízios I’ve been before served old food and everything at Toro was extremely fresh. The steak was super tender and flavorful and the server was very attentive to the temperature I had asked for. Keep an eye for their caipirinha and piña colada. So good!!!! And for desert the passion fruit mousse. All courses were amazing. Will definitely be back!!

Incredible place, delicious and authentic Brazilian food - as a Brazilian, I know what good food looks like! The hosts are amazing people and make everything with so much love. The space is cozy and welcoming. Perfect for a date night or happy hour with friends. Great experience and I’ll definitely be coming back many times!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Friendly and professional staff. I was greeted warmly with smiles and promptly served. The interior is clean and cozy. I'm definitely looking forward to a date night with my husband here. The food is fresh and amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection. They're buffet bar had so many choices I wanted to try them all. I will definitely come back! This is a hidden treasure in New Haven.
