An awesome place to check out when in South Jersey! This place is located within the Viking Yachting Center/Marina set back off of Route 9 and features a great view of the nearby Bass River. Breezes offers mostly seafood dishes as well as some steak and pork entrees, salads, burgers, and a variety of appetizers. During our visit, we tried the Texas Crab Melt with Fries and the Baja Fish Tacos, both of which were very delicious. The french fries are thicker cut and have a taste/texture similar to curly fries, the crab meat tasted fresh, and the tacos had a nice creamy sriracha mayo sauce which paired well with the fish. Drinks were ice cold, perfect for a hot summer day, and had a decent amount of liquor, but are a bit pricy around $10 each. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, the food tasted great, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was awesome. Occasionally, Breezes will have live music performers, they do also offer docking for boats, but it is worth mentioning that they do get crowded on the weekends in the summer so plan accordingly. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back soon!!
Lived up to the positive reviews!! First time there, will not be the last. Food was tasty and abundant. Drinks were satisfying and the ambiance was soothing. Anytime one can get great food, drink and service by the water is a real treat.
Calm, enjoyable, picturesque location on the water. Nice menu, especially for the fresh seafood. One of our party had the Cubaner sandwich and it comes highly recommended. Good social distancing and outdoor seating. Some fugitive, unmasked patrons, mainly children unattended by parents, but overall a thumbs up for lunchtime dining.
We ordered the poutine, chum bucket, deep fried lobsters and rum buckets.... out of this world. Delicious is an understatement. Gorgeous views, friendly staff, quick service, awesome ambiance.
Today was our first visit and this was a great casual little 'joint'. We sat out on the deck and watched the yachts come through the Viking yard. Menu was creative casual pub type fare and as ll the food was very good. The dry rubbed wings were especially well done.
Good food, nice surroundings and helpful servers...everything one would want! First time here, definitely not our last.
Good fish tacos, cold local brews on tap, lots of boats in view. Hard place to be miserable at. 5 mph approach by boat or land loving vehicles, slow no wake through Marina , keeping the dust down when entering and exiting encourages harmony between boat slip owners and grill patrons.
Casual water front bar. Great happy hour specials on food & drinks. Inside is beach casual with a comfy, local feel. They have a large outside deck with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy to nice weather with great water views. If you’re up for a game, there are cornhole boards outside as well.
The food was good and the service was prompt & friendly. We will definitely be back!
