Burger King

Absolutely disappointing. Lots of disgruntled guests. Poor service for multiple guest in the time I was eating, myself included. Ordered our food, watched as other guest who ordered after us got their food before us. Had to go up to the counter after ten minutes to remind them we even had an order at all. Finally got our meals and my sandwich was completely the wrong one. Had to wait again to get the right one finally. Ate it as another guest was arguing at the front counter over more wrong orders. Used to be a great place with precise and strong staffing but wow, really just disappointing now.

Not sure how they stay open. Dining room was messy, all you could hear from the staff was complaining about customers coming to order food. Isn't that the point of a fast food establishment.... They actually locked the dining room early and someone from the corner said "good now we don't have to deal with them" One of the staff actually started laughing with the manager and said I don't even know why we stay open

Sunday, May 15th 4:30 pm was when I stopped in last. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at this location. Many customers who came in AFTER me got their food. I think they just completely lost my order until they had to see the receipt. Got the incorrect food after that. Other customers were complaining about wait times and wrong orders. Staff was unapologetic and dismissive. Not professional at all. I think I waited about 25 minutes for a small order that somehow got lost? Also the dining area could use some attention as it was very messy. WARNING: They also rounded up my total for some kind of donation and didn’t even ask me! So pay attention and BEWARE! This location used to be spot on. Now it’s disappointing and I’m not sure I want to go back.

I have never gone out of my way to rate a place 1 star. But this time, it deserved it. They we all completely lost taking up orders, they mixed my food with the person behinde me, and then double charged me. Still forgot to give me everything I ordered, and acted like somehow it was our fault for not specifying our names in the drive-thru. Avoid at all costs.

This is a clean Burger King. The service was lightning fast. The food was ready before I had my drink cup filled. The dining area was clean, and there are TV's around for entertainment if you're dining alone. The food was delicious; the fries were salty and hot and the chicken sandwich was perfect. The bathroom is enormous: I'm not exaggerating when I say they could probably fit a Smart car in the handicap stall.
