Tried bacon avocado toast this morning! Got a smudge of avocado spread and 4 tiny pieces of bacon. See for yourself. This is nothing as advertised. @dunkindonuts please pay attention to the way your products are actually delivered at the coffee shops.

I travel all over the country and this is hands down the absolute slowest location in the United States. 5 cars will cost you about 20 - 25 minutes. Drive to the danbury or brewster location and you'll still be ahead. My god figure this out or just close the joint.
For you snowflakes who care about the staff being nice to you - go to Disney World if you want a magical experience .. I'd prefer to talk to a robot or someone rude and get my order within 3 minutes than someone who's nice

Typical wait in the drive thru is about 20+ minutes, so expect to be late. They reel you in because you can’t see the length of the drive thru line until you get into the line, and then there is no way to turn out of it, so you’re stuck no matter what. Basically, if you see 2 cars or more in the drive thru, expect to sit there for at least 20 minutes. The orders are always correct, but sometimes the coffee is cold. Bad location overall.

Literally any other dunkin in the area is better than this one. The people working here do not care about their jobs. I've gotten cold coffee that was leaking down the cup, and they literally just crumple a wad of napkins and stuff it into the bag each time, and crumple up sandwich bags like it's trash before handing it to you.

It just doesn't feel like the staff is well managed. Far too often they give me a hot coffee when I've asked for iced. Also after I order at the drive-thru I'll get to the pick-up window and they ask me what I got again. They're always pleasant and they always correct the order without issue (which is why I didn't just give 1 star), but they're just a little sloppy.

Worst dunkin' donuts I have ever been to and quite possibly the worst customer experience I've had at any retail food service location. This is the only place where I've driven up to a drive-thru and been asked without preamble "wha da ya want?" Like I was bothering them by showing up. Normally I would chaulk that up to one person having a bad day, but that's consistently been my experience every time I've gone here.

This is actually one of the worst that I have been to. No matter what time of day I visit something in the order is messed up. The staff at the drive-thru sound far less than enthusiastic, as if they can’t be bothered to answer or take your order. The food is often put in bags upside down or messy. Either the staff should be retrained or new staff all together should be hired. Just a bad experience every time.

Hello my name is Laura Carol I go to Dunkin Donuts Daily. I love the new place they have I enjoy getting my coffee there. Most of the staff is great but not all. There was this girl with a bowl cut and she didn't seem too friendly or caring either. Id rather have my order taken by somebody else who enjoys helping others and being happy for what there doing like the other staff members.
