The two girls working their work we're very nice we had a large order. The one girl used it as a teaching element towards the one that had less experience so I thought that was very good. Our sandwiches are amazing as always! The girls should be commended for their excellent service. Thanks Subway in New Castle!

The last couple of times we ate here, the staff almost seemed like they were literally just grabbed off of the street that day. During one of our visits, a worker (maybe manager?) actually told the guy making our sandwiches to stop and switch with someone in drive thru. Literally IN THE MIDDLE OF IT! Okay, that’s fine. Well the girl that replaced him had no idea what she was doing. The cashier was telling her step by step what to do as he was ringing out customers.

Staff there is very nice minus one specific girl. She’s like 5’4” with blonde hair and bullied me for wearing an anime sweatshirt into there. Would give five stars if it weren’t for her.

We ordered party platter. They had the platter ready and waiting on time. I recently had surgery and unable to carry the platter. The gentleman carried it out for me without me asking.

They always fill my sandwich to the break with sauce. At the end of my meal I feel like a [redacted] with the amount of liquid on me.
