Subway

I've always gone to this subway. Used to love it. However I don't think I'll buy another sub for a while now because today I went and ordered a six inch sandwich and right when I took one bite of it, I found a big piece hair wrapped around the chicken breast inside the sandwich. I had lost my appetite so I threw the sandwich in the garbage. I didn't ask for a refund or another sandwich because I didn't wanna start any drama also there was a long line of other customers and I had a time limit for lunch. I left and dont think I'll go there again any time soon😐

This meal was very unpleasant to say the least. The meatballs in the meatball sandwich were horrible and hard as rocks. The picture is a thousand words and non of them are delicious. Why do they do this??? They claim fresh ingredients and healthy subs. This is the complete opposite. Extreamly Disappointed........

Walked in 30 mins to close and the entire line was already taken down. It looked gross under all of the containers. I said hello and got a blank stare in response, no greeting back. They looked mad there were customers coming and I'll be sure to make that a reality by never coming to this store again.

I had the best experience this afternoon. At about 5:30 I walked in to subway and was greeted by a older Hispanic gentleman. He made the perfect sandwich for me . He listened to everything I wanted and also made suggestions. He had the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I asked his name and he said it was Sal. Thank you Sal for excellent service and the awesome sandwich.Subway should be glad to have him on their team. I will surely be back . And let others know about this employee.

This location to be in need of new management. The bread was not fresh. The employee that was there had most of the vegetables put away, I asked him where all the vegetables at, he stated that they were about to close, it was 8pm and this location doesn't close until 10pm. They were out of every single fountain drink. Place looked dirty. Seems to me the manager or the owner doesn't really care about the place.

Took my daughter for a sandwich today, and was very annoyed and disappointed in subway. The rudeness was just over the top. Haven't been in here in at least two years and after today, I remember why!! I get you have to charge for water but get water bottles if you're going to charge so much. And please teach this stores employees customer service, because every time I have come to this store it's always been the same! I'll continue to go to the once inside Walmart they're at least friendly!!!
