ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The employees here in this small, cramped location have absolutely no home training and have no business working in customer service. VERY disrespectful and ungrateful individuals- it's a shame to the DD brand that they are employed here. I spend hundreds of dollars in DD annually and have been a customer in multiple states and was appalled by the rudeness on display in this store. Not sure if it was a jealousy thing or what, but these women had an issue with me from the second I walked in. They offerred no apology even after I expressed displeasure with their behavior. To top it off, the donuts are also usually dry and old and the drinks are frequently made incorrectly. Won't be returning.

I walk in , say good morning. Monica , looks at me straight in the eye and ignores me. So I repeat and say" good morning Monica ". Than she just smirks. Really ? I'm not trying to get your number dummy. It's a thing called being polite and greeting someone. Over all , other staff are fast . Monica needs to work on her manners. Rude and ignorant.
