God where do I begin…..I guess the worst part is that the manager actively hates on the go orders and makes a fuss about it loudly in the store and then takes it out on the employees. This is also the only Dunkin I have ever been to where I was told I have to tell them I have entered the store before they start making my on the go order. They charge about $1 for water which should be free even when purchasing food or drink. The manager actively advertises his tree removal business at the drive thru by using a lawn sign. Everyone there hates working there. It’s overall a terrible experience. This review has been written after ordering from this Dunkin well over 50 times if not far more.

Come here evey morning before work. The store itself is great. And the counter staff are always in good spirits and tend to have my stuff out on the counter before I even walk up to pay. The Dunkin tho, tsk tsk. Service can be slow. But the poor guy working alone back behind isn't to blame. He's alone. And always very busy. So I typically skip the coffee as I don't have time to wait. Sorry. But I still give it 5 because it's always great coffee and good food! And when I do get the staffs attention. They are always in good spirits. So give the poor counter guy some help! Cheers

This is my problem with Dunkin, no matter where you go they never will get your coffee right. Every drink that you receive has a specific measurement, however they will always do whatever they want with your drink. Of course being “on the run” no one has time to turn around to ask for it to be made again. I ordered a medium hazelnut swirl latte with almond milk and received a cup full of sugar. This is why I prefer Starbucks because my coffee will taste the same every time no matter the location. Who on earth wants 4 pumps of swirl in a medium cup?
