The food is usually good when I order from here. Customer service in-store could be way better and also….PLEASE STOP PUTTING THE STICKERS ON THE CUPS ESPECIALLY ON TOP OF THE CAP. It leaves the wet and sticky glue on there.

This place used to be good. Today,30 minutes for a taco and a burrito and still didn't get my food. Strongly sugest owners to make a change in the management. After wasting my whole break they said have a nice day.

Food is good, workers are friendly. Only reason it's not a 5* is because I've had a few wrong orders, and common for drive thru system to be down.

So I tried to apply here but the hiring manager wasn't here, so I asked one of the cashiers, he was very nice, he showed me to the sign and told me to go to the website shown on it to apply, he was so nice I ordered food too, receipt says Brandon but it's blurry, I am giving a star less because it's been a few weeks since applying and because the printer sucks, I been back there a few times now nobody here to interview me and still cheap printer, please fix this issue.

Every time I go through drive-thru, it is the SLOWEST I've ever been to.
Went again on 4/5/21 around 7pm...waited ONE HOUR for my mobile order that states "ready in 3-5min." Employees were no help and had poor customer service. Once I got home, my tacos were not filled and were very cheap!! Please see my photo attached. I do NOT recommend going to this Taco Bell. POOR management during the time I went.

**edit** we will no longer be going to this Taco Bell. Too many mistakes. Hopefully Plainville is better. We always ask for chicken, tonight we got beef. Receipt was correct, it’s the food crew who keeps messing up. Done with this place.

So I ordered in the store, place was packed that’s fine. While they are having a rush I see two employees to go the bathroom for at least 10 minutes. I’m kinda in a rush but I’m patiently waiting. 20 minutes go by and still my order is not ready and mind you it’s a craving box meal. At this point I have to go and say can I get a refund and the associate tells me he can’t give a refund at this time I will have to wait until they have time to give me the refund. So I had no choice but to leave with paying $8 for just a small Pepsi. Most horrible service I ever experienced and all the staff there were very unprofessional it seemed more like a night club than a fast food restaurant. Will never go back and highly don’t recommend eating there if service is that bad
