Paradise Pizza & Restaurant

My family and I have frequented this establishment for years on end! My grandparents introduced me to it. Top notch pizza. I always get sooooo excited to eat this delicious pizza no matter what style, or toppings, it is always the best hands down. Nothing like it where I live now, so thanks for the major craving!!! Haha

There were four in our party. We were greeted by our server immediately. She was extremely friendly and gave us plenty of time to make our decisions. Our order consisted of , small 4 cheese pizza, tuna grinder, fish sandwich with French fries, and fettuccine alfredo. There were no complaints on quality, taste, and quantity. Of the four of us, three ended up with take home. BTW, the French fries were excellent. At no time during our meal were we made to feel rushed. Also you can't beat the meal prices, especially with the amount you receive We will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu.

Great pizza but the customer service could be better. When I called in to order over the phone the woman could not understand me even after I repeated myself slower and more clearly and then she was unpleasant and rude the rest of the conversation. The reason I am still giving 5 stars is because the kitchen staff was nice so I want to praise them. The photo is the delicious buffalo chicken pizza I got from there.

Very nice restaurant!!! Owner is warm and welcoming and waitresses are always very sweet and super attentive!!! Never had a bad experience here!! The food is always great and very big portions!! The pizza is the best pizza in new Britain at least!! If not in the state!! Paradise has a customer base of many many die hard regulars who’ve been coming here for 30+ years! The chef and numerous staff are still working here after 30 years as well!! Please visit paradise and get treated like a part of the family and enjoy excellent food!!! You won’t be disappointed!!
