Taco John's

Absolutely horrible. Terrible customer service, they are rude and rush us while we are ordering, take forever to make our order and the food still comes out cold and always missing something. I've tried to give this location a few chances, but they fail every time. Seriously so disappointed because I LOVE Taco John's food and would gladly spend my money there if they improved their service and hired people who actually knew how to cook and provide proper customer service. I'm so disgusted, I am never going back.

After paying and receiving the receipt they then told us the car in front of us had a huge order and it would be a long wait. We pulled into the parking lot. 20 minutes later they bring out the order. The order is wrong, tacos are missing, chips are old and stale. The line is long, they don’t answer the phone. Super unprofessional. I worked here years ago and the ceiling leaked onto the grill where your burritos are warmed, the dishes aren’t washed and employees drink and smoke in the back. Not to mention I’ve seen an employee lick food and then give it to a customer. Don’t come here.

I have been going to this location for many years as I live in the area and I have to say they are consistently messing up something. I don’t go there ever and expect that I will actually get what I tell them for an example i have only had their sauce a few times and I ask for it every time they just don’t pay attention and with an always well expected wait. And I gotta say it’s impressive how they make you wait when there is no one there giving them their business
