Food was good. Ordered a carne guisada taco, a machacado taco, and a cheese enchilada plate. The carne guisada taco really had no meat in it. It only had gravy. The melted cheese was awesome.
The machacado taco was good. Needed a little salt. The cheese enchilada plate was good. They cut easily without a knife. Not sure what kind of cheese they use but it’s good. I will return but will order different.

I enjoyed the food and staff were very productive in that they kept an eye on your drinks and made sure you got anything you needed. To my knowledge they are a small time business more based on the community rather than being a part of some huge corporation, wich is a big preference of mine. Would recommend checking it out if you enjoy mexican.

Servers was very nice and attentive. Food came out quick which we didn't expect because there is a sign posted at door stating that they are short handed and food may take longer. Food was great I had the pork chops and girlfriend had huevos rancheros.

The food is honestly so good but the lack of service is what gets me.. constantly trying to call and to go orders and you can tell they leave the phone on for hours after a phone call so you can’t reach the restaurant, also you can tell we’re going to drive-through they don’t care about drive-through they only care about the people that are walking inside…

I have been going here since I was young. Now I live out of state but make it a point to get barbacoa and carne guisada every time I visit New Braunfels. One of my favorite places for tacos and I have lived all over.

Another must visit location in New Braunfels. Typically tasty Mexican food. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Kitchen staff knows how to keep people coming back.
Edit: Still stop by this location for amazing well prepared Mexican and traditional American breakfast foods. Their staff is super efficient and very friendly/helpful. Even through the pandemic is their service top notch with very reasonable prices.

Found mold in my ice ! Super dirty place. Saw a couple dead roaches on the floor going to use the restroom. Told us to sit down at a dirty table also waited forever for our drink order to be taken.
