Buffalo Wild Wings

Our food came out extremely cold. We got it in a good manner of time and our server was nice. But all of the food was cold and there was no one here. There was barely anyone here at all in the room/in the restaurant so I don’t really know why our food came out cold. Also the server upfront was just seeming irritated so I did not really feel welcomed into Buffalo wild wings. I wish that our wings came out warmer and not as cold and stale tasting. Thank you. At least I got my lemonade and it tasted like it had lemons in it.

Location was busy but I was seated quickly. The servers were very professional and friendly. I ordered some Mango Habanero boneless wings. I like spicier foods so the wings were a perfect blend between heat and flavor. They arrived hot and were obviously made fresh. I will visit again when I am in the area.

The last few times I’ve been here I’ve been really disappointed. There was barely anyone there the last time I went and my food came out cold. The last few times my wings had also come out super cold and i received them in a good amount of time. I hate having to ask to have them remade, but no one wants cold wings! My boyfriend and I like to come here for the cheese curds and they’ve been all out the last couple times :( I will still continue to come here but I don’t want to have to request to have my wings hot when they are served. I’ve had no issues with this at the west allis location. I’ve had really nice waitresses - no complaints there but the hostess always seems like she doesn’t want to be there and is very unwelcoming.

Courtni our server took our order and we never seen her again. Never checked on our food or drinks. 50 minutes went by with nothing. My daughter and I had to go to the bar for a glass of water and more napkins. Thank goodness for the checkout being on our phones or we would have sat there another 40 min without seeing her. Will not be returning. Very poor waitress especially for the price we pay to eat out nowadays.

Do not go in this restaurant! Too many server but nobody take care of you! we've been sitting for 20 mins and nobody go in our table to take our orders! If i can give them zero star i would love to do that! Feels like they just choose customers that they want to serve. Servers are just pass us by feels like they dont see us in that table given that our table is just beside in the micros computer where they putting in other customers orders.

Lauren’s attitude is absolutely abominable! Hope she has better days. I did see that her attitude changed with other patrons, in a more chipper and welcoming light. Also looked at past reviews, she did the same as today. Nasty and short with her communicative skills with myself, and the ultra inviting and patience with others. I’m clueless as to what I could have done to her, to receive such service.
