Dunkin'

My order was completely messed up. Everything I ordered was burned, and I never received the donuts I bought and paid for, not to mention I was given the wrong sized drink. The blueberry muffin I was given was rock hard as well. When my bf called to speak to the manager, she “was too busy and didn’t have a pen to write down his info” and proceeded to hang up on him because the manager wasn’t there. I’ve worked in customer service before, and the way she handled the situation was totally unprofessional and embarrassing on her part. Find some more competent employees-you’re losing business.

This place is a mess. I’ve been here a total of three times. Once I waited 35 minutes to get through 5 cars in the drive through lane. Then my food cold and mushy. My next trip I waited so long at the drive through intercom I left. And my last trip they were out of all but the doughnuts at 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. Save yourself a poor experience and go elsewhere.

This was a terrible Dunkin experience. I ordered via drive thru. Their espresso machine was broken, so their options were extremely limited. When I asked what other options were available, the barista was extremely rude. I ordered a regular coffee and the lid was not properly sealed, leaking all over my white top and burning me. The coffee was not given with a sleeve and the cup was so hot it burned my fingers. The coffee was so hot, it was still completely undrinkable more than 45 minutes later.

They are great when they have people working. I've ordered online through the app to pick up on my way to work, only to find out that the store is not open. This has happened mulitple (2) times and even when googling it, it says that they are open. This has happened both just before 6am and 6pm. The second time (today) I figured out that I do not get my money back like I thought when I couldn't get it because the store is closed. I tried to call the store to at least leave a message but there is no voice-mail set up.

When I’ve been here the service is good and the wait is reasonable with the staffing issues most businesses are facing. Please update your business hours to reflect the actual hours your open. I have now been here 3 times to a dark store at 6am when the store shows it opens at 4am. It will save people a lot of frustration.

This morning, Sunday March 6th, i had come through the drive thru, as i do every weekend, and i witnessed the heavier set women with her finger in her nose as she was making my iced latte. This is completely unacceptable and it’s safe to say i will never be returning. Whoever’s managing this location in New Berlin i highly advise u speak to this employee about proper sanitation while on the job. Then the skinny tattooed older lady (around 60 i’d say) was blowing smoke out of her mouth while handing me my drink. When i asked her to remake it because the other lady was picking her nose she rudely told me to just leave. Very disappointed in this service!

Met a friend for coffee and breakfast at the New Berlin Dunkin’ and ordered a pumpkin muffin and coffee. I noticed after the first few bites that the muffin didn’t taste great. I assumed this was just my taste preferences, I ate a few more bites so I didn’t waste my money, only to realize when I broke the muffin in half that it was fuzzy and moldy inside. I have no idea how long the muffin was sitting on their rack, but I ate half a moldy muffin and am absolutely disgusted. To say I won’t be back is an understatement.

Do not go to this location. We’ve been here 5 times, thinking it would get better, but every single time, we’ve received HORRIBLE customer service. The girls working are always so rude, then today they added something to our order and we paid before realizing. They then refused to refund it and asked us to leave our phone number so the manager could call us. What is that?? Again, go somewhere else!
