Applebee's

This was a very disappointing experience. The music level was too loud for the 80 soft rock that was playing. The tortilla chips were so salty you could not eat them. The server was a new server training a new hire. Disaster! Could have served myself better. At one point the server was taking order of table across from us and she turned her back mid order on them to swipe her card on kiosk but then did not know how to pull up ticket. People were being seated and not served and server came up to our table to confirm our order twice and missed bringing side order salad dressing was wrong. No thank you no have a nice day. Manager seemed unwilling to manage and pick up slack when section of tables were complaining. Apologetic but unwilling to comp anything inspite of poor service.

Friday, Jan. 24 party of five. First impression is hard to erase. There was a 6-8 inch rip with the stuffing exposed in the booth that we were first seated at, we moved because it would be tight for 5. Plus the exposed dirty stuffing didn't sit well with me. I mentioned it to a waitress and she said that there was another booth ripped and told management and nothing was done. Service was slow but the food was good

The food was good, but the service was not good at all. There wasn't anyone there except one other table yet our waitress couldn't bring the extra drink we asked for until we were done. She forgot a dipping sauce that was asked for when we ordered. A baked potato came with nothing on it...no butter, no sour cream, just nothing. My daughter ordered ribs and said everything when she ordered, but was asked what sauce she wanted. Just wasn't worth it. I'd rather have decent or ok food with better service than good food with crappy service. If it had been busy, I'd have understood. But it wasn't. It was completely dead.

We went there after a movie one night it was around 8:30pm. The lights were so low, we could hardly read the menu. The music got to so loud we Could hardly hear each other talk. It was all rap music and it felt like we were in the hood. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she said "well at night we expect a younger crowd, not an older crowd. We are in our fifties and don't consider ourselves to be so old that we can eat dinner after 8:00 p.m. this was very offensive to us and even after we complained about the music being loud they didn't turn it down. Rude staff, dumb concept! If you're going to change it to a young person's restaurant only at night then quit calling it a family restaurant! We will never go there again!!

By far one of the worst restaurant experiences in my life. My wife and I went here on veterans day for lunch. The wait wasn't that bad, about 10 minutes or so. We then got sat at our table and waited 20 minutes for our server. By then we already knew what we wanted so we ordered 2 sodas, a bowl of soup, the appetizer platter and my complimentary veterans meal. We then waited almost a half an hour for our drinks, after i said something to our server. After we got our drinks we saw atleast 5 tables just in our section get seated. After asking to speak to a manager to the whereabouts of the soup "our server is nowhere to be found", 5 minutes later it finally comes. The icing on cake was that those 5 tables got their drinks and food before us. I stopped our waitress while she was walking past and she said that our food was almost done. So 20 minutes later a manager brought our food out finally. She apologized and comped our bill. I would have payed double for service than get everything free and have zero service. It wasn't even that busy for veterans day at lunchtime. I will not be eating here again.

Got here after a movie, seated very fast but my seat was so indented from previous users it felt like nothing was maintained, waiter was old and frantic , looked like she was not fit for her job as she was being short tempered and demanding. Our appetizers came with our food which is not the point of an “appetizer” the tortilla chips were soaked in grease which made the chips wet. The waiter continuously ignored the menus and dishes we left which gave us less room. The waitress kept putting a electronic touch pad on the menus and space we were eating . My dad moved it 3 times so we had room to eat but she rudely felt like it was needed at the front of our table on top of the items she was suppose to take earlier. I would not recommend coming here ever.

My wife, 12 year old daughter and I went to eat here last night. First bite of my broccoli and something hard stabbed my tung. I spit it out and there was a shard of glass 1/2 long. Good thing I didn't swallow it or my daughter! The management made me fill out a report. They brought me a new meal and mine was not charged. But I did still have to pay for the rest of our meals. My problem is no one felt safe eating any of the sides. I don't think we should have been charged at all!!!
