Rocky Rococo

1/31/22 been awhile since I’ve had Rocky’s just went in ordered sausage mushroom. cut into it and the doughs practically raw. Went up to the counter showed them, the lady gave me another slice. Cut into that one same thing. Get told some bs about how that’s “how they are because of the mushrooms”. Asked for plain sausage slice, that one was fine but I just think it’s ridiculous how they literally are telling me undercooked pizzas normal here Breadsticks were meh at best. Not impressed today by the nb Rocky’s

Ordered ahead. Pizza was delivered in dining room perfectly. Pizza was just right and delicious. I mention this because the place was packed and you could see the pizza Cook had many call in orders. Kudos to staff for delivering quality amid chaos. I also want to highlight the efforts of Deanni and Gina for great service. The Pizza cook too. They are great Representatives of the Restaurant.

Ordered a few pizzas. It's been YEARS since I last had it. Wife was hesitant about it as when we've eaten inside the restaurant before, it wasn't very good. That being said, picked up the pizza, had to drive 20'ish miles home with it, fed everyone and there wasn't a single complaint. Honestly, it was WAY better than I expected it to be and for sure, to do a take out order is the best way to do it. Now if I had to come up with anything that I wasn't great with, I'd say that on one of the extra large pizzas, which just happened to be mine, it was pretty skimpy on the toppings. To where just some baked sauce was seen. On a pizza with 2 toppings and cheese, hey...not cool. That being said, it was definitely good and I will do it again.

Came in on Sunday for lunch with my wife. Ordered a pepperoni and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. No problem. We were dining in so we asked to be notified when it was ready and went to wait at our table. After about 15 minutes my wife went to the counter to see if it was ready yet. The girl behind the counter had totally forgotten about us and had sold the only pepperoni they made to another couple (the only people who came in after us). I ended up with a sausage and pepperoni just so I could eat. I'm not a fan of sausage on pizza. Especially the oversized chunks you get here. Didn't enjoy my lunch. Customer service is terrible! Won't be back!
