I feel bad reviewing this place in particular since I feel that Dunkin as a whole is a 1 star entity. I've been to a few throughout Mass and Arizona and wow, they're just garbag. Donuts are not to par like other chain donut places and the coffee is laughable. They really thought "America runs on Dunkin" was gonna be their money making slogan. I've had better rest stop free coffee. Save time, save money, save your taste buds and go literally anywhere besides Dunkin'.

Just ordered using Grub Hub. It wasn't the driver's fault. Bag was completely sealed. The bottom of my coffee cup was damaged!!! More than half of my coffee was in a puddle in the bottom of the bag. It is NOT cheap to have DUNKIN delivered! I was so excited for my coffee and so let down when it arrived!!

I have only been here once. Among other things they got the order wrong, this after we waited in line for a much longer time than expected. We wanted one bagel with cream cheese. We got two, we ordered two orders of hash browns, we got none. The rest of the order was correct. I was inside in line (with only one group ahead of me) I could have just made the food myself faster. I stopped because I thought Dunkin would be faster than other options; it was not. They are understaffed and the people the have working there are slow.

Order from here because it’s the one DoorDash uses next to my work. I haven’t gotten an order once where everything was there and it made correctly. My recent order was missing straws for our drinks, two items and they ended up giving us something we didn’t order. The receipt was on the bag but they still didn’t give us everything we asked for.

I ordered an ice coffee three drivethru. Upon ordering the employee couldn’t even hear me because the girls were all screaming. It sounded like a party. I had to yell over intercom. I just think it’s unprofessional.

The Dunkin app said they were open and we ordered ahead of time to walk-in to get the order and so my wife could use the bathroom. We get there just a couple of minutes after placing the order and the door is locked. We go to the drive thru and the two kids working there say they are only open for drive thru because the manager left. After a short discussion with them we get nowhere and one of the kids walks away laughing at us. On top of that they didn't have everything we ordered and the ice coffee was done wrong and the hot coffee wasn't hot.

This has nothing to do with their employees (they are fine) but rather the inconsistencies in their iced coffees. The flavor is very bitter and boggles my mind considering the high turnover of product. Yet, you can drive 2 miles down the road and get one that tastes normal by my standards. The reason for the review is I just ordered an iced coffee after going elsewhere for 4 weeks and still received a drinkable but still bitter product

Need to teach these girls how to brew & serve coffee. Coffee should finish brewing before serving and not interrupt brew as the first part of coffee very bitter & strong & second is weak. I explained to them nicely and all I got was an attitude. They should not be dealing with the public with that kind of attitude. Definitely will not return!!
