That blonde manager is a joke, if you enjoy mold lingering with your food, eat here! Seriously though, the manager does not do their job right, how do you let this much gunk build up in the FOOD station. (They served customers for months while it was like this and it still isn’t fully clean which shows you the lack of effort) You should have more control over this situation and should have taken care of it the plenty of times your staff brought it up to you. Super unsanitary and a health hazard surprised no one has gotten sick, but anyway looking at these pictures makes me sick 🤢

Get a breakfast sandwich and it will be burned. Completely inedible and waste of $4. Coffee is always watered down. Lines are long. Go somewhere else.

Started going back to this one once I stopped going to the other one across 140 inside New England farms because at the time it was so much better. Over the last few months it has gotten just as bad or worse than the other one. Consistently slow and more often than not my order is wrong or I have to give you order three or four times for the frosted donuts I just thrown in the bag upside down. I don't have to explain how messy that is in the summertime especially. Becoming more and more evident that it's a great time to stop drinking coffee. Prices continue to go up service and quality continue to go down

Good coffee at this place. I have noticed that every Dunkin IS different. But the new special omelets are terrible!! Don't buy it they taste like egg beaters. Gross and overcooked. Very dry and has a weird texture and consistency when it is eaten.

Favorite Dunkin' in the area, This morning the card machine went down and they had to deal with a lot of rude customers. The service and coffee is always the best.
From Ideal workplace, we hope you have a great rest of the day!

Born and raised in NE but I’m not a Dunkin person... I stopped here on my way back to Boston, and was seriously impressed by the fast, friendly and efficient service of the one woman team that blasted through the drive through line. When I arrived the line was to the road, but it moved quickly. The server was kind and patient while I asked some breakfast sammie questions. I wish I got her name so I could celebrate her on this review (worked morning of 1/11/21).
It was the exact experience one would hope for with any customer service interaction. 5 stars!

I used to love the way they made my ice coffee, the staff is super nice. Unfortunately, as I was drinking my ice coffee I found a fly at the bottom of my cup. I called them to just give a heads up so they can pay attention to the cleanliness of the items they are utilizing. It is summer and somethings are unavoidable, but if there are flys in the place they can at least keep an eye out. I called them and no answer, I called the Dunkin Company itself and was told I was going to get a call back from the manager/owner, still waiting. I have pictures to prove the fly was in my drink as well. Not trying to be THAT customer but no one would like if a fly landed on their food or has drowned in their ice coffee.

So I went here on 6/18 at the time I was not aware of the change of hours and I got here right as they where closing. I went to the drive thru and the first girl was very nice and started taking my order. As I was giving it I was rudely interrupted by another employee who tells me they are closed. Ok? I get that but then maybe you should all be on the same page then? Not cut me off halfway through ordering my coffee. I won’t be going back to this one.
