Sonic Drive-in

After waiting for 7 minutes, with no line to even have a server come on the mic, ordered sonic cheeseburger combo with no onion extra pickle, no salt on the fries. It came with extra salt and regular pickle. Also ordered supersonic burger combo no salt, it was heavily salted as well both fries were cold. Sent them back for unsalted fresh fries. Couldn't pay for my meal at kiosk because the machine was down, wasnt notified that until my food arrived.

At about 11:15 on Saturday night I went through the drive thru. I placed my order, 2 number 2 combos, and pulled forward. Only 2 cars in front of me, made it to the window at about 11:20, then the wait started. The employees were playing around, you could hear them literally screaming and goofing around. The person working the window never opened the window to give me our drinks or collect the money. After sitting at the window for more than ten minutes he finally opens the window and asks if we order 3 sliders with a bag of food in hand. Now mind you, there has been a bag sitting on the counter behind him the whole time we have been waiting. Surprise, surprise, it was our order. Told him to either make me a new order, I was not taking food that had been sitting there for over 10 minutes, or give me my money back. He said, I will refund your money, then when I asked to talk to a manager, he said he was the manager and got rude and nasty. This location is horrible and should have a complete over haul of employees if this is how they are allowed to act towards costumers.

Service was soooo slow! I pulled in at exactly 11:00 and there was only 1 other vehicle in a stall, so not busy at all. I pushed the button for service immediately upon arrival and placed my order (was only ordering food for myself so not a large order). I waited until 11;20 to ask about the order and didn't even hear back from them. FINALLY at 11:22 Eduardo came out with my order, offering a lame apology for the wait. I asked him what took so long and he ignored me and gave me the total. I thought maybe he hadn't heard my question so I asked him again. Again, he ignored me. My total was $4.81 so I handed him $4 and before I could give him the $0.81 he started walking away saying he'd be right back with my change. I tried to tell him i hadn't given him the full amount but he must walked away. His rudeness saving me a few pennies at the end was the only positive in this train wreck of an experience l. I definitely will never go back to this Sonic again. I know it's cliché, but I'm only giving it one star because Google won't let me give it zero. Horrible service, terribly slow.

Staff was unprofessional. Teens were playing around and had technical difficulties with the speaker. Unsanitary handling of food. Strict rules need to be enforced here UPDATE: June 10, 2022 they had us waiting for an hour for 4 drinks. Ordered thru the app to save time and they erased the order and didn't even know what we had. Supervisor's name is "John" afro-american male. Walking around with a black and mild cigar into and out of the restaurant. Worst staff at sonic. Worst customer service at sonic location.
