Good experience at this location. Ordered my food and everything came out nice and hot. Also the restroom was nice and clean.
I got stranded in Needles due to a big rig clipping me and rolling me 3 times into a ditch. Walking from my hotel in 122 degree weather to this place seemed like another horror, but once inside, I received the best service ever!! AND the food was great! I went twice, and both times were pleasant as hell! Kathy, working the midday shift, was a treat. They forgot my bacon and when I pointed it out with a smile, she was eager to help. There was another young girl that worked around the 11pm shift that served me and was actually was born and raised in that tiny town! I couldn't figure out the touch screen for ice (it was inoperable) and she went to the back and gave me my requested drink. I wish people were this nice in LA and other big cities.
Let's start with the open 24 hours part yay! Great deals on the app. Minor hiccups with the food every once in a while but all in all a great place to grab a bite to eat!

Food good just check you order, i order 6 orders of tacos and only got 6 tacos and didnt find out till i home.
Jacks is always good, the drive through is good depending on what cashier you get, some get bothered when you ask for extra ketchup and they don't hide it.
This is a very good location. It’s an excellent dining experience.
Was greated by a nice professional employee. Really made me feel welcomed. My order was to go but ended up eating it the restaurant since I felt welcomed. Thank you and will be returning back in the near future.
Service was fast...food good and friendly and polite....area was clean and well kept.
