Mcdonald's

I came here a few times fairly recently and wanted to share my thoughts. The service was excellent. The food was always tasty and superb. The line was not never too long and the establishment is very, very, very clean. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal each time that I came here. The burgers were excellent and cooked perfectly. The fries were plentiful and golden brown, delicious. I had a sprites to drink and they were delicious, too. Each time I came here through the drive through, the order taker was very friendly, courteous and helpful. When I came to the window to pick up my food, the persons there were also very, very friendly and courteous. It was nice to see that these fast food workers truly took a liking to their jobs and that they took the time to make sure that my experience at McDonald's was a most pleasant one. Thank you very much McDonald's in Needham for all the great service that you provide and for the appreciation that I am sure all of your customers have, including me, for the maximum effort you put forth in providing the best fast food experience for them.

This location often has trouble processing card payments, and the staff has poor communication skills. Ordered breakfast and paid using the app. Woman at drive thru said "your card didn't pay." I asked what else I could do, but after she didn't respond, I told her to forget about it and drove away. My card was still charged.

I do drive thru here and they are really good at getting you your food fast and hot. Friendly staff who take your order and give you your food. Store runs it's own deals sometimes with coffees or food. Does get busy when school gets out for the day but inside is all renovated so there plenty of seating. Has free WiFi, table service and has self ordering boards.

That this place was very racist to my children and I! When you done in, I noticed that they bring your food to you. My 3 children and I were dining in. We were the only black people in the restaurant and 5 other couples or family were in there that were not black. They brought all the other customers that were seated their food, but we had to go up and get ours. When we were finished, my 11 yr old daughter went up to get another strawberry and cream cheese pie, they charged her but then told her that they only had one and she would need to choose something else! I will never go to this McDonald's ever again!
