The drinks at this Starbucks are always great. I will say, there's usually a pretty long wait time, but that's totally understandable because of the amount of traffic the promenade gets. My only complaint is this one woman, who I believe is the manager. A few times I've ordered items on the app and when I get there the bag is empty, meaning that they don't have the item. This isn't a huge issue, I get sometimes you just run out of stuff. But when I ask for a refund since I wasn't able to get my item, I'm usually met with eye rolls and huffs. I also work in customer service so I understand the frustration, but getting mad at someone because they ask for a refund on an item that you failed to report as unavailable for ordering in the app is not the customer's problem. It's not like I got the item, and didn't like it so I asked for a refund. It's usually the same woman that always gives this reaction. Like I mentioned, I also work in customer service so I get the frustration but it's not like I did it on purpose. It's very reasonable to ask for a refund on an item that you didn't receive, but paid for, because of the fault of the store. I don't mean to be a Karen but it's happened several times and I feel like it's something that shouldn't.

Was a nice spot within the shopping experience with seating nearby outside, order took longer than expected, but was absolutely delicious. I got the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and my daughter got the hot chocolate and she said it was even better than Disney's! Both of us got a cake pops too and they were great

My order was done in a timely manner and correctly. However I think the staffing needs to be increased or something because I did not like how the older barista spoke to the younger barista. At around 3:40pm today the line was long and they were both just trying to get through it but the younger woman just needed some help and the older woman snapped at her in front of everyone in line and I know how it feels to be spoken to like that in front of guests and nothing happening. Nobody deserves to be humiliated like that. I slipped $10 that I hope ONLY goes to the younger barista.

I admittedly am addicted to Starbucks, I get it probably 4-5 days a week. This Starbucks unfortunately missed the mark, multiple people were in line with orders that were made incorrectly including myself. This was after I waited nearly 20 minutes patiently because they were so busy only to find out they had forgotten my order when I asked and hadn’t been preparing it at all. They also didn’t give me part of the order but I felt bad for the girls working because they were so busy so I ended up just leaving.

This is a walk in shop no drive thru very clean and the staff friendly did not wait very long for my order and the barista went over and beyond caring about my needs. Highly recommend

There are a couple baristas in here that know how to grind a coffee bean. Im a creature of habit and I appreciate when my coffee today was just as good as my coffee yesterday. Arlene the manager is a really nice lady.

Literally, the girl was so nice. She asked for my drink and was making it before they rang it up bc the other lady was buy. They are so nice here.
