Great treats for a quick sweet tooth fix. Lots of yummy flavors, fast service, friendly staff, and amazing ice cream. You can't just pick one flavor. Our favorites are Phish Food and Triple Caramel Chunk

When with wife and daughter. We purchased 2 small ice cream in cups and 1 small in a cone $25. The most I have ever spend for ice cream. Never again at this location.

They are always so busy but every experience I've had there the staff just keep plugging away to get orders out. They do a great job and offer good customer service. I make sure to leave a good cash tip. I hope everyone else does as well.

While visiting the National Harbor, we decided to get some Ben & Jerry’s. It was out first time trying some of their ice cream. The options that we wanted to try were endless, loved the unique flavor - not just vanilla and chocolate. Although it was quite expensive ($$$), my ice cream flavor was blasting amazing flavors! The refrigerated ice cream is also pretty good.

While Ben & Jerry's prices are a bit high, the delicious ice cream and milkshakes make it worth it though. While the line was long, the staff took everyone's orders kindly and quickly, getting us through the line quite quickly. There is no indoor seating and limited outdoor seating on a cow or a cloud.

Walked in at 8:20 to order a milkshake and was told they were “not making any more milkshakes for the night” they already cleaned the machines even though they close at 10pm. Ice cream was good though, just confused why employees are closing up an hour and 40 mins early.
