Ordered large fries. Got small fries in a large box (no the rest weren't spilled in the bag). They were barely warm.

First off the Spanish lady in the drive thru today at 5:30pm 6/13/2021 kept on saying the opposite of what I wanted. I get my food and the fries on me and my Wife’s order were cold, so I took them back and told her and she asked me “Why are they cold?”. She took them back and gave me new ones with less fries and no salt. Before I realized the fries were short with no salt, I asked her for some honey mustard and ketchup. She pretended to act busy on her phone when I’m speaking with her and she said “Oh I’m sorry” in a fake sarcastic way. Whoever she is I hope management sees this, so they can do something about her behavior.

Worst food ever. I was staying at a hotel for a business trip and decided to get a local late night eat that was familiar. What a mistake. I've been to Wendy's plenty of times but this was the worst I've ever had. Half of the fries were ROCK HARD! How?! And the burger? Disgusting! It reeked and had old musty pickle slices. The bacon was rock hard and burnt and the patties were as dry as a desert. Very dissatisfied and it ruined my night. Do not recommend.

It was disgusting I am never eating from there. There was a spider in my Apple Pecan Salad. They do not deserve not even one star I emailed corporate no one responded. I'm never eating at Wendy's ever again. This is was by far the worst experienced I've had

The 5 Dollar biggie bag is an unbeatable deal. This particular Wendy's location had always been clean and the food fresh for fast food. The wait has also never been too long. This particular visit, there was a problem with the credit card machine and the manager was on the phone trying to fix it. He was somehow able to multi task in an impressive way because he was still serving customers.

I did delivery for UberEats they locked the doors. When I realized it was drive thru only I called because the line was 12 cars and I had a delivery in my car. I called and the reason for the doors being locked was due to them being short staffed. However, they helped me out by bringing food to the door. Thank you for understanding!

I placed my order via Wendy's app thinking that it was convinient. I placed order 25 mins ahead ofmy visit, and when I came over for pick up it was not ready. I spent anoter 10 mins in the restaurant watching staff working on other people's orders for both walk-in and drive-thru. Eventually one of the employees anounced a mobile order that still was not mine. I canceled my order and I left. They won't see me again in this restaurant

This location is poorly designed. No overhangs at the drive through when it is pouring rain. Also when you leave the restaurant you can not go around the back of the building due to constant construction. It is very aggravating. The food was good though.
