Mcdonald's

I don't eat McDonald's. I stopped eating them after months ago actually. But the Natick mall doesn't really have options that I like so I decided McDonalds. The food was fine, all McDonald's taste the same to me. So I can't help you much on that end. But the service was extremely fast. The lady taking my order was very kind and the food did seem fresh or as fresh it can be I suppose. But yeah it was a fine exchange, nothing special. Finding seating is the hard part since the tables tend to always be full. But it's a food court so what are you going to do?

I waited in a long line and presented my receipt to the cashier (which had one of those codes for a free medium coffee that you can receive after filling out an online survey). At first, the cashier didn't know if he could take it, but after calling a manager over, the manager tells me they can't accept it, crumples it up, and throws it away. I was kind of taken aback. If you can't accept it, at least give it back so I can try to use it at a different location. He didn't apologize at all or explain anything. I've never had a problem with this location before, but I guess don't come here trying to get your free coffee.

I came to the food court with my sister and her friend to get some lunch on 11/17 at 1:25. Our friend ordered a plain cheeseburger and that’s it. She waited for 10 minutes while other people were getting their food, and they had ordered after her. My sister and her friend asked what was going on and the woman told the girls with a bad attitude that the orders go by number and they needed to wait. When our food finally game the woman then said with bad attitude, “you have your cheeseburger now go”. If the woman is gonna have a bad attitude with the customers then she should not be working at the front. Horrible service and bad attitude. Will not be coming back for a while.

Arrived around 7 pm on a weekday evening, and there were hardly any people in the food court. I ordered a McChicken, and it was pretty dry and tough - must have been under the heat lamps for quite a while. They were also out of Spicy Buffalo sauce. Not lovin' it. Server was nice, though, so an extra star for that.
