Sonic Drive-in

I travel a fair amount and usually avoid name brand burger joints, for several reasons. Service is often slow, food is almost always luke warm, and the sandwiches generally lack flavor. I made my first visit to Sonic in Natchez Mississippi and was very very surprised. Ordering was a breeze at their outdoor drive-ins, service was excellent, and the single burger that I had ordered came out piping hot. It was delicious. This NEVER happens at the other places. I have vowed to not go back to one in particular because the food always comes out slightly warm at best. I am disappointed every single time. Well done Sonic. I will come back!..

I feel they deserve a 1 star is because of their hospitality. I spend at least 50 to 60 dollars with them EVERYDAY, but their attitudes will make want to run them over. And they take 30 minutes to bring just a drink and or cups of ice. They get your orders wrong along. And sometimes you can look through the window and they just be standing around and or talking to much instead of taking care of customers.
