Had bad visits in past. But, we actually liked this visit except having to use kiosk. The people were friendly and food was good. The restaurant was clean. Management must be trying to improve HOPEFULLY!

I'm in the Home Healthcare field and about a month ago I stopped at this McDonald's in Nashville and the food was HORRIBLE. I called back and spoke with a very nice lady about my experience. She insured me that my meal would be replaced when I would be in the area again. Well yesterday I stopped by and yes my name was in their book for my meal to be replaced and the manager was more than friendly and courteous and made sure every portion of my meal was cooked fresh😊 10/10 I'll eat there again

this time i checked my order before leaving the drive thru. they had burned my food and refused to offer up anything. i asked for my money back.
they refused to give my money back unless i pulled to the front and parked. i refused. the manager then said she would not give me my money back if i didnt move my car. they threatened to call the police if i didnt move. i called the police.
while waiting for the police they gave my money back.
i will never go back here. the manager should be fired. she has no customer skills.
oh yeah, as i drove off an employee who was smoking outside yelled "F you".

There was an awful smell on the outside of this store. The food was horrible. We ordered big mac's and they fell to pieces, the sauce tasted more like mayonnaise. They were awful. Was visiting for first time.

So I ordered a big mac and found a piece of hair but since it was like a double cheeseburger I took the burger apart and threw away the part of the cheeseburger it was. I took another bite and another piece of hair was in it.. I know it wasn't mine because my hair is lighter and this hair was brown. I ended up just throwing the whole burger away.

Need better neatness and to speed up with entire drive-thru their food has always looked and tasted like it was old as hell. Nothing I order has ever looked or tasted fresh not one time!!!!

I sat at window for 10 mins, the lady kept her back to me, I had to yell for my water, no straw, never acknowledged i was there and never said 2 words to me, not even when handed me food or for the delay, no apology or anything

McDonald's needs to step it up with the dark hours crew / employees. Every location within 50 miles of Valdosta, employees act like you are interrupting their activities when getting food. Most don't speak or give you time to even ask for condiments or napkins. Which they never put napkins, straws or sauces for nuggets. It seems to be the etiquette of McDonald's and their employees now a days.
