Domino's Pizza

The service this go around was terrible. All three representatives I spoke with tonight tried to dismiss me without even hearing my concerns. I understand being short staffed and delivery will be delayed. Please explain that to your customers. It was not explained to me until after the tracker text me saying he was pulling in to my drive. 30 mins later still no pizza. When my pizza was delivered I witnessed the delivery driver on my security cameras put our pizza IN my prickly shrub out front. Dominos employees is Nashville GA store failed tonight. Word of mouth guys. Word of mouth.

Never have I been treated more rudely than I was tonight. Definitely gonna find a way to speak to corporate! In my opinion, if you don't want to work and do your job, find a different place to work! Some, not all the employees at this location tonight, clearly need a refresher course on customer service!! I would love to speak to their district manager about my experience!

Always on time. Our delivery driver is always nice. He's always on time. I love how its the same guy because I know that he will get the job done and be polite. He's wonderful. The pizzas are hot and correct. Never had a messed up order with them. You should give him a raise. He's wonderful. He deserves it.

I’ve always loved dominos food and I even loved working for them as they have great owners and usually great managers and teams there. But at the Nashville ga dominos the manager was extremely rude. After calling about not getting the marinara we ordered extra of she said she didn’t care and hung up on us. I called back and she refused to tell me her name and was very rude the second call as well , we also still don’t have any marinara.

I made a huge mistake on the order. However, the pizza was pretty good. Might make it one of our options. The young lady that delivered to us was precious. Extremely professional and so very sweet. The Dominos store has made a few errors on my orders over the last eight years, and totally not the delivery persons fault. (A few months ago it took 1 hour and 47 minutes to get our order. I was assured on several occasions that my order had been prepared and was on the way. Our order was cold and barely edible. It was not the delivery persons fault, our order was indeed prepared in a timely manner and placed under other orders. After my third phone call, they found our order and sent it out. The young man that delivered to us began to apologize and I explained there was no need. The error was not on him. The young man got a 30% gratuity. He would have received the same gratuity regardless. Before you do not tip a delivery person, realize they are not the cooks, When they receive the food, they bring it to you. Besides, it is so very tacky not to give a gratuity. Try for10 - 15%. your wallet might not even notice. Thank you, The Elder Griner Family
