Sonic Drive-in

Went for lunch today through the drive through. Girl at the speaker was mumbling and asked her to repeat… no word… “hello”? Still nothing finally almost a minute later she snaps rudely “be with you in a minute” about 15 cars are behind us now and took about 5 minutes to get her on to order food, get to the window, pay… hands us drinks and a straw blows away, said “we lost a straw can we get another” she basically throws the straw at us through the window and slams the door. Hands us our food and we ask for ketchup. She said nothing SLAMS the window and we thought we were not getting ketchup and we’re about to pull away when she opens the window and hands us 2 huge handfuls of ketchup!!! Like 25 packets at least!! Idk what her deal was but it was not our fault she was having a bad day. I was afraid to say anything about it because she seemed like the type to spit in your food. Never going there again. First and last sonic experience. Thanks!

Disappointed that they do not offer curbside service. I am sure it is due to lack of staffing but that is one of the draws to this type of establishment. Also a problem with lack of staff is cleanliness. The garbage containers onsite were full with trash sticking out of them by the exit. The food was good which is why they got the 3 stars.

Went here on 6/6 at 12:30. The site said the dining room was open. Signs all over the building saying the dining room was open. Doors were locked. I was super frustrated as this was a stop along the way to a family vacation and we all needed to get out of the car for a while. Tried to shake it off and go to a stall anyway. Hit the button, wait forever. Voice comes over saying the stalls are for phone order pickups only. Was told to go to the drive through. Drove off. You should just close.

Just waited in line for 20 minutes to get two small shakes. We were the only ones in line but it took over 10 minutes to place our order. When we got our drinks and receipt, we drove off and realized we were charged for two larges. We didn’t go back to get our fixed due to the long wait. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review but this isn’t the first time this has happened.
