Smoothie King

We were accidentally given the wrong drink and an employee ran after us in the parking lot and made sure I received the correct drink! Wonderful service and I so appreciate the dedication!

Great location. Just a small drive through kiosk/stand. Very friendly employees, and I got my smoothie faster than I had gotten it at any of the other brick-and-mortar locations. Frankly, I wish they were all like this. I like it much better. I am adding this portion to the review because of what happened just a few days ago. A few days ago, not only did I receive a great smoothie, but my engine began overheating as I was pulling through the drive through, and I had to hurriedly park in a space to turn the car off before some real damage was done. Someone on the team brought my smoothie out to me, and after I had been sitting there several minutes to allow the engine to cool, two of your team members, Aaron Rodriguez and his wife, Morgan, came out and checked on me to make sure that I was okay. I told them that I would be okay and that I was letting the engine cool so that I could take it about a mile and a half up the road to a shop to let them look at it. However, Aaron and Morgan insisted on helping me by providing coolant for my engine. Morgan then followed me to the shop to make sure that nothing happened to me on the way. She even blocked some traffic for me with her car to make sure that I got there safely enough without having to gun (press on the gas hard) my car. These were some of the nicest people I had ever met, they were my angels that evening. I really hope that whomever their manager is will see this and commend them for their efforts. In this crazy world, it is refreshing to see nice, unselfish, people. God bless them!

I'm not that picky at all. Nothing but good things to say. I think it's a great location and typically I like to come here in the warm season, park and order at their door. I don't mine waiting on the drive line to get served. They sometimes have a canopy but I like the sun, even in heat indexes over 100. The staff are quick and efficient, friendly and personable. Kudos to Ashley today! She's a warrior, working the place by herself, gloves and all! Cranked her a Lincoln for a tip. First time I'd have the Immune Support smoothie, very good. Smoothie King recipes used to be a bit to sweet for my taste but that seems to have changed, they taste more natural and earthy. Kudos to those staff that serve us.)

With this being a smaller drive-through they are quicker than normal. Usually I will get the banana boat or the angel cake and devour it so fast that I get multiple brain freezes and this is how you know that it’s good.

I’ve seen many customers be really rude to the staff. Customers don’t realize that they can only take your order, make your smoothie, and take your money as fast as they can while at the same time taking others orders and keeping the store clean. These smoothies are expensive so do not expect to penny pinch. The owners need to update the menu.
