We decided to try Peachtree Grill based on the numerous recommendations we received, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was exceptionally friendly. One dish that stood out was the lamb dip, which was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and the meat was tender. Additionally, we ordered the Duck crepes, which I personally loved. The combination of flavors in the crepes was delightful. However, the eggplant dip didn't quite match my taste preferences, as it leaned more towards the sweeter side. Nevertheless, my companion enjoyed it. Overall, we had a positive experience, and we're already planning to visit Peachtree Grill again in the future.
A neat menu that eschews any particular genre, the food was well prepared and nicely flavored, though portions were on the small end.
Duck bbq crepes. Sauced chopped duck wrapped in a nice crepe, served with mango salsa, tzatziki, and fried cinnamon tortilla strips. Everything on this plate was tasty, but i couldn't figure out how it all fit together. The tortilla strips especially didn't make much sense. They were tasty, but confusing. The mango salsa went ok with the crepes, but nothing spectacular. The tzatziki probably got the most mileage eaten with it. The duck bbq itself couldve been any meat, no apparent duckiness was detected. The portion was quite small, but if I consider the premium on duck and the reasonable cost, its in line with expectations.
About the cuisine style..
Duck = asian
Bbq = american
Crepe = french
Tzatziki = greek
Mango salsa = south american
Cinnamon tortilla strips = mexican
I chose this dish because it was unusual, and I got exactly that. Would've gone 3 stars for the portion and lack of cohesion, gets a bonus for uniqueness and bold fusion attempt. 4 stars.
Chicken kebab
Well made, nicely seasoned. A little on the dryer side. Paired nicely with rice, tzatziki, tabouli salad, and the most perfectly cut pita I've ever seen. Portion was a little small, customer was hungry again in 2 hours. 3.5 stars.
Service was friendly and prompt. Place was clean enough. Prices were pretty reasonable (dessert might disagree, but didnt sample). Vibe was outdoor patio, nothing remarkable there. Do reccomend for light and tasty fare
Casual space with great food. Lamb dip was lean and full of flavor. Taziki with the chicken kabobs was tart and tasty. Potato wedges: hot and super crisp. We will be back!
Blink and you will miss the entrance! Hidden behind the car dealership at the start of a neighborhood you will find it!
The food was great! It's all a covered patio and there is some 100% outside seating.
We had the Patty Melt with Potato wedges!
It all looked really good!
We decided to stop for lunch at Peachtree Grill this afternoon. What an absolute delight!
The venue is an unassuming little hole-in-wall, with a driveway only wide enough for one car at a time, a gravel parking lot, picnic tables outside, and simple tables on two enclosed porches inside.
You order and pay at the window, and they deliver the food to your table. After you eat, you are expected to take your dirty plates to a designated area. We had absolutely no issues with that.
Now to the food: My companion had the Patty Melt ($11) and a side of fried Potato wedges ($4.50) The burger was big and juicy, prepared with Swiss cheese, grilled Vidalia onions, and 1000 Island on perfectly grilled white bread. The potatoes were wedges you dream of! Crunchy, hot exterior, with a fluffy, pilowy interior.
I had the Soltani Plate ($21) with shish kebab (steak), ground beef&lamb kebab and chicken kebab, served with grilled onions & peppers, basmati rice, tzatziki, and 2 wedges of warm, soft pita bread. Each component tasted beautifully seasoned, freshly prepared, and was generously portioned. I ate half, and brought half home for tomorrow's lunch.
We are definitely going back!
The food was delish!!!! Amazing flavor. Paired with the perfect sides. Super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great!
Great park-like atmosphere and solid fare, but the spices are a bit limited. The smoked duck crepes were delicious, but while well cooked, not terribly dynamic from a flavor perspective. The curry chicken lettuce wraps were an interesting vehicle for the similarly simple flavor. Pricing level was moderate and beer seemed to be a good selection of craft brews.
My girlfriend and I were looking for a new burger spot near our apartment in Glencliff and this place popped up. We drive by here all the time but never realized this was here. It is a very well-hidden gem. The fries were OUT of this world. The burger was definitely in my top 10. And just reading the rest of the menu, we were so enticed to come back and try all the other options from the duck to the Greek options. Atmosphere was very laid back and the outdoor seating was very fun. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for us moving forward. Make it yours, too!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. It is eclectic. Plenty of seating plenty of parking
Good was very good.
Service was okay
Indoor and outdoor seating available
Make sure you follow GPS. It is easy to pass up.
I recommend
I will return
The food and service were incredible. We had the Shis Combo and the Duck BBQ Crepes and couldn’t choose a favorite. It is worth a visit if you are in the Nashville area.
