I was very impressed. The employee at the counter was very professional. He definitely cares about how he looks and presents himself.
Now about the lobby. I have to say that it's been awhile since I've seen such a clean lobby. I've worked in fast food before. It was at least 40 years ago and was a manager. When I look around, I still look around and probably look at things most people don't look for.
That being said, the baseboards were clean, the window ledges were clean, the trash bins were clean, the table and chair legs were clean.......the straws and napkins were stocked.
I was in there around 11am. The location of the store is on a very busy road next to one of the major freeways.

Yet another nice place to grab a quick lunch. The service is great and the food is good, but the dinning room could be a little bit cleaner. Overall I would recommend going here to grab a bite or two! LOL!
I had gone to a couple other locations that either had their doors locked or the broiler was out of order. The staff was courteous and friendly. I received my order in a timely manner.
Marqui was so fast and polite his store is so clean during lunch rush he is always polite friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate everyone at yhe store his crew is so friendly and is a delight to go to his store

My experience at Burger King #7282 at 5320Charlotte Ave Nashville TN was absolutely one of the best service experiences I have had in a long time. I was attempting to use a cell phone app and I was having difficulty. Marque Shift Mgr Employee #496108 was more than pleasant and interested in helping without me asking. Marque was kind, patient and successful in helping me. He not once made me feel inadequate because I couldn't figure out how to use the app properly. Marque needs to rewarded for his exquisite and exceptional customer service. LIna was ever so pleasant towards me when she called my number and served me my Burger King meal. The Whopper was delicious and the fabulous onion rings were piping hot! Much thanks to Marque and Lina.
I was shocked how great this location was overall. Teresa and team RULE! I was skeptical but gave it a whirl. The whopper is king. Dining room was clean and maintained. Food was hot and quick. The burger looked like the picture which is oddly satisfying. Thank you!
Other than the dirty tables and the ice machine being broken the food was alright and I loved the Halloween decorations
I go to this location 2-4 times a week. My order is usually correct. Sometimes the people working drive thru are kind and helpful and sometimes not. I like to leave reviews for employees who stand out and do an extra good job. The other night Travion impressed me with her positive attitude and work performance.
