I love this location! They make the best Sweet Tea. The employees are always professional, polite, and working hard to get orders out fast. Food is always accurate and on point. I highly recommend this location, there is no drive through, you can only order on the app or go inside.
The food was really good, but honestly, the thing that stuck out to me the most was the customer service from my cashier! She was a beautiful gal with gorgeous hair and wonderful personality (and if my receipt is correct her name is Ayeal) and truly made me feel welcome and comfortable in this establishment. I don't travel to Nashville often, but I will be coming back to this location just for her wonderful customer service! (The food was great too, but she just made my experience!)
I messed up an order I thought I had pre scheduled the day before for 15 milkshakes. When arrived, they didn't have the order and my order status online said expired. I was there during rush hour and this team made it happen for me. The employees were great. They were smiling and not upset with with me even though I felt terrible about it because they were already slammed. Thank you to the entire team!
This bacon cheese burger was amazing great favor and cook to perfection don't know what they did to the fry but GEEZUS they was good. Only in Nashville Chick-fil-A has burgers.
Best fast food chicken in the US in my opinion. Chicken was well seasoned and crispy! Had this multiple times on our trip and wished they'd bring this over to Australia.
Love the fact that the patty to any burger will be cooked in front of you. There is a slight wait, but everything is fresh, and juicy.
Fast food and friendly staff resides here. Parking can be congested, but if you search alongside the building, where pick up parking is, it should not be that problematic!
The best biscuits and chicken. Hit the spot for a breakfast treat with chicken filet sauce. Nashville, Church St. Location. The best biscuits by far!
Great servife, fast in and out. Forgot my fries but It was extremely busy so it was an understandable mistake. Staff was freindly and working hard to keep up with the rush!
This was a cool location. I got to try the bone in wings...I got the smoked. Kinda small and a bit pricey 8 for $10 but they were good!
