The best experience by far. I was walking and Just stopped in to get a drink and cool off for a few minutes. The lady Just handed me a Large coke and didn't charge me a thing. I was allowed to sit down cool off and charge my phone without them saying a word about it. McDonald's take notes instead of the outlets.
Food is always good, a little greasy, but what can you expect from a fast food restaurant. Always get our orders right and are nice and friendly. Thanks guys for always helping.
The girls at the drive thru were ON POINT!! They told me both their names but I can't remember. Seems like 1 of them was initials, anyway, great service, the food was good and they put a smile on my face after a pretty bad day. Props to the crew that day!
Good food at a reasonable price and thank you for having many good locations AND our grandkids like the fruit and toys in the kids meal. Last week while doing a drive though transaction at the bank, the two year old starts yelling "Chicken Nuggets Chicken Nuggets " and it was hard to explain to him that we were not at Wendy's
Took 25 minutes to finally give meal order. Only one cash register open. Employee seemed slow with knowledge of menu as customers had to reiterate what they wanted.
The food was great, fresh. It was a lil wait in drive thru but the friendly faces, smile and good service at night was worth the wait. The inside looked clean and the outside was the cleanest drive thru I've seen in a while, free of trash. Thank you night shift workers for keeping your business up to par.
The state of tennesee once kidnapped my perfectly healthy 4 week old baby in this parking lot. But that isnt wendys fault, but it is the state of tennessees fault. Will they make amends? Will they model good behavior? Will they value the constiuants of this great state? So far? Nada, but at least they gave my baby back. Its been 2 years since they nonsuited the case, they need to admit their mistakes publically, and beg for forgiveness. The time has come. #teeth

I went through the drive through Fri May at approximately 10:45pm. The lady with burgundy braids in a bun was working the drive through she was so nice and attentive. I wanted to make a post bc now aways customer service is soo bad. She is definitely a good employee for Wendy's brand.
My husband and I visited this location this afternoon and this honestly has to be the best experience I've ever had at any Wendy's. The cashier Stanquinton was very friendly, and courteous and another employee Jevonna was also very friendly. They both greeted us with big smiles and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back if they are working. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the food was delicious and definitely hit the spot. Thank you.
