My feelings so hurt. I love this place but lately the service has been slacking. Today I was on hold for over 20 min. I drove up there, only to see the place empty. I stood there for a bit and just left. My husband said we were greeted but I didn’t hear a greeting. Someone else with an apron came in and stood behind the counter appearing to work but he did not ask how May I help you. I did not want to appear to be “that customer” so I wanted patiently for as long as I could. I would have had more patience had I not been on hold for that long. I was still on hold after I walked out so I just went ahead and hung up. I understand they are busy but id rather they just not answer the phone than treat customers that eat there at least 3 to 4 times a week that way. I’ll only come back when the lady is there. Mind you, it was only one guy back there working. We get it. Maybe he forgot but it was just frustrating being on hold, driving up there knowing I’m on hold then not getting the service I deserve. Plus the food has been off lately.

This has been my go-to wing spot for years. They get the job done when I just want some standard chicken wings, and they're close by. Never had a bad experience. I like their sauces and the price is reasonable. They make their own ranch too, which I love.
I usually order by phone and they have them ready in about 10 minutes.
The fries are decent. They're fresh cut, so don't get them if that's not your thing.

Food wasn't too bad but if you like really HOT wings like myself they aren't near hot enough which I think their hottest is called TNT but they are nonthing compared to Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings they are more like a mild wing...Nice Service though!

Living in Smyrna there’s literally no good wing places around. So to come to Antioch every so often I always come here. My food is fresh, and the heat is is always on with the son of tnt. If you can always make my mom satisfied then you’re good in my book. -Taylor.

Miss latrice sure does run a great crew they were so fast polite and friendly I've came here since I was a little boy in 1999 they have the best flavored wings fries seasoned fries are so good they are so great give them a try miss lattice is the most amazing customer service person in store.

Food is always good, only 4 stars because if you get bone in wings the chicken is always small. Boneless wings are always huge/ the tenders are as well. Fries are my favorite in Nashville. Flavors are all good, customer service is always great.

TNT is the best they have, I wouldn't recommend it for someone who doesn't eat spicy food but is the best for sure
