Highly disappointed, this is the closest Dunkin yet I'd rather drive to the one on Harding because the quality is so much better. I would say that 1 out of every 5 visits is successful. The food is always burnt. We placed an Uber eats order and I watched as it was being prepared and then the as soon as it was done, the driver picked it up. Living 5 mins away I assumed it would be fine. This is completely unacceptable. It's not edible, the large coffee is not even full, the small is watered down, the food is burnt, and we are missing the coffee roll and donut. The eggs on the sandwiches are clearly overcooked and I assume has been reheated multiple times. Unacceptable. See images attached, if you are wondering that is supposed to be a cinnamon raisin bagel and a croissant sandwich. Definitely extremely frustrating.

I have been sitting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. This is a recurring thing at this location. Definitely go to another one if this one is avoidable. When I use this location for Uber eats they never have everything and it takes twice as long as they say it will as well.

Ordered a pickup online only to find out the ovens were broken so half of my order couldn't be made. That was not a problem but they also had not gone to the bank so they didn't have much cash and hassled me about the $6.78 change I requested. I only did this because since I didn't have the specific phone device we placed the order from they couldn't refund the money via the app. Overall experience was more hassle than was necessary.

This place is embarrassing. I have never been when they have all of the advertised menu items. For 2-3 months, their “ovens have been down”. The donuts taste ok when you get one of the three they decided to make that day. They need to have more corporate inspections, as I am sure this is not standard practice for a franchise.

This location is turning around in a wonderful way. The staff is kind and happy to work there. The Manager has turned it around. I used to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. Now I am in and out with the right order.

This store is going to run out of business very soon. It is a health hazard. Mold everywhere such as behind the ice bins, trash cans, and they have a bug infestation they are dealing with. The management cuts corners and there are a lot of things in that store that neeed to be cleaned. I took apart the Oasis machine to find weeks-months worth of mold build up in the white rinsing piece. The coffee pots also do not get treated with the blue bags anymroe so they’re being rinsed with water every night. Y’all need to fix this asap or just close the store because this place is long gone. There’s a lot more i can add to this as well but i think my point has been proven here already

They can't do lattes(literally the machine is broken), the drive thru speaker is broken, the only type of meat they have is a sausage and all the employees are yelling at eachother. Took me 30 minutes and going through a list of what's available before I was able to get a coffee and biscuit. Absolute Trainwreck.
