I’ve been to this chipotle quite a few times, and the staff have always been hospitable, very efficient, friendly, and awesome.
Staff like those here at this store are a great example of customer service, good food, and the chipotle brand.

I’m super impressed by this chipotle. They handled an extremely high volume of customers and online orders very well and moved efficiently, while staying positive and helpful. The parking is not ideal but hey it’s Nashville.

This was a "quick" drop in and take out sort of night. Since this is by Vanderbilt, I believe there was just a mad rush of "get a meal in before cramming for that exam" students, we've all been there. It took about 20 minutes to get in and out with about 12-13 folks in front of us. All in all, it's a chipotle. The ingredients are predictable and the portions were normal.

I'm not a frequent Chipotle eater, but I had to come on and leave a shoutout to Orlando who is the manager of this location. Last week I arrived to pick up a catering order for a work event that somehow had not gone through in their system. Cue instant panic as I had over a dozen hungry coworkers waiting for dinner! But I needn't have worried because Orlando and Debbie sprang into action assembling a full array of to-go containers for me, and helped me figure out how much I would need and what items I should choose. They packed everything up in a catering box, including bowls and cutlery, and had me on my way back to my event within 15 mins. Not to mention the fact that they charged me what I felt to be a very reasonable price for such a last minute affair. Truly lifesaving, and they couldn't have been kinder about the whole ordeal. I'll certainly return to this location in the future to support this great staff! Thank you again Orlando!

I have eaten Chipotle all over the United States and I always get the same thing... chicken bowl with chips and guacamole. My bag of chips literally had 18 chips and crumbs in the bag, not even 1/8 full. I could see the bottom of the bag. Soda machine not working during lunch break. Historically, this isn't my experience, and even though my bowl was wonderful, I am disappointed.

Dirty floors, tables, kitchen. Rude staff, long wait, a laughable amount of chips in the bag, and the smallest amount of meat on my burrito. Luke warm at best. Save the time and go to Qdoba or anywhere else.

So I generally love Chipotle, you all need to double bag your burrito bowls. For the second time yesterday, my burrito bowls fell through the bottom of my paper bag and was fed to the concrete. More importantly, this was the end of my favorite pair of suede shoes. I'm all for sustainability, but I can't eat a burrito that's on the ground, and I don't want my shoes ruined as a result. Whenever I go to order a burrito now, I will this about those burritos and those shoes - R.I.P. (Rest In Pico).

I love this restaurant so much good service and delicious food, but very hot in most of the times but in my last visit I did not like the food because the rice was not cooked well. But I love this place and it will come back

This was our first visit to try Chipotle. The burritos were huge and yummy.
The staff weren't friendly though. We didn't know we're were supposed to pick one thing out of each group without it charging extra. I thought it would be like Subway. I ordered Pico and sour cream. I was charged extra for the sour cream. Then I wanted to order guacamole on the side. They said I couldn't without buying the chips too.
We will probably try Chipotle again. However, not at this location.

A bit on the bland side for mexican food. The salsa and rice taste like nothing but cilantro. Will I go back?, nah. Would I eat it if someone got it for me?, sure. It wasn't disgusting but it sure wasn't amazing.

Pretty good, but I found a piece of chicken in my sofritas burrito. I can't have that because it makes me sick. I'll probably be back, but a lot more wary.

You guys are awesome. I do delivery for postmates and each and everytime come to your location; you guys have shown extreme and wonderful customer service. A great team you all are, and I finally try chipotle food out. It was awesome got love the bowl so delicious... thanks for being great guys...
