I just had the best sandwich of my life. Seriously, I just had the best sandwich I've ever eaten. It was fantastic! I will be back. Three coworkers and I walked over to check it out. It was unanimous. The subs were the best of the best. Kudos, Capriotti's!

Best sandwich shop I have ever eaten at anywhere. Customer service is fantastic. Derrick, the night manager, does a great job explaining the ingredients in the sandwiches with great detail and making you feel at home. I have not written but maybe two reviews in my life but had to write one for this restaurant. I’m in Nashville for six weeks and have eaten at this restaurant two evenings in a row and will return frequently. The only problem now is I wish I had one near my hometown.

Great sandwiches. I tried the Hot Bobbie on thanksgiving. It was tasty. We were having a hard time finding a place to eat on thanksgiving and they were about to close up for the day. Their staff let us in, were extremely nice, and made our family some delicious sandwiches and salads. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite sandwiches in Nashville and never disappoints!!! Made a stop by there today and have to praise Derrick for going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer, once again. If you are his boss, he deserves a big raise, you don't find folks like that very often.

Very cool, clean environment; I was impressed. The food was awesome. I've never ordered turkey on a sandwich before, but I decided to try the Bobby and it was fantastic. The sandwich was like Thanksgiving dinner on a sandwich! I'll definitely be back.

Finally, there is an outstanding sub shop in Nashville! Capriotti’s roasts turkey and roast beef in-house, and they make a sub called the Bobbie that tastes just like Thanksgiving! The chicken cheesesteak was delicious. Perfect bread too. Can’t wait to return and try the salads. They looked awesome!

Just finished a Bobbie. Excited to enjoy Thanksgiving year round! Even though it had only been open a few days, the service was great and the wall projected Cowboy's game made me late for my next appointment. Go hungry. I ordered a small and the sandwich was huge. I will take down a cheese steak next.

I was so happy to see a Delaware (What Up 302!!!)sandwich shop pop up in Nashville of all places. The bread is on point to what we have up north, not the sad version of bread in these local sandwich shops.
The chips are not correct, they should be Herrs or Utz not Lays, but I dont think they distribute out here.
The staff is always friendly when I come in and its food is always made right.
I will say they haven't always got my order right, they correct it if I ask, but the food is always good.
The people who say it's mediocre or "weak" have flat lined taste buds so they wouldn't even understand good if it hit em the face. Peep their precious reviews, you'll know.

Excellent sandwiches. Head and shoulders over other chain sandwich shops. The Bobbie, which apparently was chosen best sandwich in America, was pretty damn good. My husband said the meatball sub was the best he's ever had. I wish we had a Capriatti's location where I live.

Great sandwiches but.... last time I was there I ordered the "hot Italian" and was disappointed. I say that because the first time I order this sandwiche it was amazing. This time... the sandwiche was warm and not anywhere cooked enough... I'll go back but I will tell them to make sure they give it "a good grilling".

I think that's the best sub I've ever had. I had the homemade pulled turkey and asked for it heated on the grill...usually served cold but I'm sure it's great either way! Definitely will be going back!
