I was reminiscing about a lunch my wife, Denise, and I had at O'Charley's Restaurant in Nashville back in 1991. Denise was pregnant with our first child, Amy Lyn. We flew to Nashville to see my good friend, Robb Houston.
Eddy Arnold invited Denise and I to have lunch with him and his wife, Sally, at O'Charley's before we flew back to Houston. Eddy Arnold knew my mom, Katie Rowe. He was such a talented person who was so kind and giving. I don't remember what I ordered because I was so fascinated by the stories of all the US Presidents, actors and musicians he had entertained and met. God Bless Eddy and his lovely wife. They passed years ago but his music will live forever.

Went for my birthday and it was great. They have a good variety of alcoholic beverages if you drink. The steak was made perfectly and when there was an issue, they had no problem cooking something further when asked. Our waitress was awesome and very accommodating. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We were seated right away, no issues.

Had a great time... everything was awesome! Sat at the bar with Nora who makes a killer strawberry margarita and isn't stingy with the tequila or the rolls. My ribeye was cooked perfect and the service was above average, couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.

Was in a party of eight on a Sunday night after a 50th wedding anniversary. The restaurant was very clean.
Like other places right now, it is short handed. But our waiter had a better than an A+ attitude. His service was incredible and impeccable.
The menu was varied and the food was delicious.

I went for lunch at noon with my friend. Our server, Julie, was one of the best servers I've had anywhere. She was friendly and attentive without any weird fake gushing or hovering that sometimes happens. The manager was also friendly and checking in the patrons in a genuine way. The food was good and arrived hot and in a timely manner. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was the wait we had to be seated. It wasn't busy AT ALL and there were many open tables, so waiting at all was puzzling.

My mother and myself dined in at this location on December 9, 2019 at approximately 5 PM. We sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. I spoke with the manager of this location whose name was Alicia and informed her of what had happened and she immediately sat down with us. She took out orders and brought the food out to us and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Also the general manager Sammy came to our table to make sure that our experience was a great experience and apologized many times for not having someone there to take our order sooner than 15 minutes. Both Alicia and Sammy are wonderful team players and displayed outstanding customer service as they went above and beyond to make sure that we received an excellent experience while dining at this location and we greatly appreciated it!!!!

New Bone in Ribeye. Even over cooked this was one tender delicious steak. The char on the meat was so nice.

Our server Taryn was excellent. Our food was improperly cooked when brought to is but the staff immediately recooked it and brought out phenomenal prime rib! The overall experience was good thanks in no small part to Taryn and her concern for us to have a good time.

I have been going to this location since I was a kid. I have never had any problems. The staff has always been great. The food has always been consistent and great. The go-to pickup can be a little slow but not bad. They just remodeled in the last 4 years I believe. Large parking lot. Easy to spot.

We enjoyed our meal. Waitress was helpful and we ask about Catfish and she told us it was very good, etc. And told us we would get two pieces of fillet Catfish, and on each Thurs. They have all you can eat for the same price at $11.99 each plate, and when you reorder, you get more french fries, too. Catfish was wonderful, and waitress was so attentive, too!!

The prime rib was delicious, included 2 sides. Service seemed a tad slow for 4:30pm on a Sunday but our server was new too. She did a great job. Rolls are always yummy!

They need to hire more people. Was there at lunch time. Glad I had more than an hour to spare. Our server tried, but she was swamped. Waited entirely too long for food. And a glass of water and ketchup came when we finally needed a to go box. The famous chicken tenders were hard and dry.

Understaffed. Dirty tables everywhere. Blackberry limeade tasted like acid and toilet water. Worse thing ever. Took over an hour to get our food. 1st experience with this chain is definitely my last.

We went to this restaurant on Veterans Day for the free meal offered to those who served in the US military. Options were limited to the $9.99 menu which did not include vegetarian selections. I would have been satisfied to have a specialty salad sans meat, but was completely blown away with what they served up. They created a vegi quesadilla that even included asparagus, mashed sweet potatoes, and a special salad with strawberries and cranberries. Unbelievable customer service and wonderful meal.

The food was great but the service was horrible making our visit there less enjoyable. It wasn't busy yet it took Quentin a little while to get our drinks and rolls, then he was gone long enough for us to finish our drinks, finally returning, he took our orders and gave us more bread. Finally, we got our food after being there an hour. And, the manager just walked around doing nothing. I will not be back and do not recommend that others dine at this O'Charleys Restaurant.

Went Friday for a friends birthday. He was pumped to get the prime rib special. We were there at 5:30 pm and they said they had no medium rare prime rib. Long story short, after the smoke cleared, they tried serving me a fatty slice of meat that they threw on the grill. This happened two more times. Terrible kitchen and managers. Completely useless. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The first rolls that the waitress brings out were not to hot fresh , but 5 minutes later she was back with fresh ones . The waitress was really good , my drinks didn't get empty . She even put hot rolls in bag for my leftovers... Will be going back

We had a family of fourteen that we're getting together after two separate family events one being a memorial service for a loved one who recently passed away. After telling the host the number of people in our party we were told "We don't do that" And were told try somewhere else. If you have a large gathering I would not recommend this place.

I love the place but willie as a server really brought life and revenue to this restaurant. Willie just passed away and everybody that knows him relate to this location and his presence. I wish they would do something for him as they are arranging his funeral.
