I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks thanks to Barista Richard! He provided exceptional service with a smile, and his attention to detail in preparing my favorite drink was truly impressive. Richard's friendly and efficient approach made my visit enjoyable, and I'll definitely be coming back for more of his fantastic coffee creations. Kudos to Richard for making my day with his outstanding barista skills and great customer service!

This Starbucks used to be open around 0430 in the morning so it was my go to place on my way into work. They have since changed their open time to 0500 in the mornings. The service here is amazing. Mel is a barista here and as soon as she sees me she greets me by name and starts making my order. She is always happy and smiling. She creates a great atmosphere in the mornings.
The other baristas are great as well , always smiling always happy to help you. The coffee is good and my order is never wrong. So

One of the best Starbucks locations in Nashville! Super spacious, very quick service, great workspace! FYI, there's no drive thru at this location.

Hands down, my favorite location in Nashville. Big and spacious all around. And I feel like I can spend hours in here. And the outside view is nice to look at as well. It helps if you get here early in the morning to get a good seat to do work, etc., otherwise the seating fills up pretty quickly. Also, there's no drive thru at this location as well, so if you're in a hurry, it's best to put in a mobile order ahead of time. Still, not only is this my favorite location in Nashville, it might be my favorite Starbucks location of all time.

While waiting for and then working on the cafe area I watched each of the employees greet each person, most of them regulars-by name. The place was packed and the crew worked as a team and kept everything going smooth. I heard one employee say to the other “I appreciate you” and never saw anyone frown or in a bad mood. I wish all Starbucks were like this! Stellar team and service!

My mom was in Tennessee this past Saturday 8:50 pm 8/14/21 and her card was recently cancelled, the gentlemen at the window (my mom said he looked white, he had curly hair) took care of her and the rest of my families coffees. My moms trying to find him so she can show him her appreciation and pay him back. If this location can email me back and lead us to him it’d be greatly appreciated

I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years. They have curbside pickup and seating inside. No drive thru. During the day, it’s a big meeting spot. It’s not the best one to visit with children to sit, but it’s a great work meetup location.
