There was actually a person at the register. She was very nice and helpful.
The food was fresh.
All the available tables were dirty. No one cleaned them the entire time we were there. The trash bin was overflowing.
We had to ask for ketchup. None was available by the drink fountains nor at the counter.
I'm glad we stopped by. A much needed repast!
I've been to several McDonald's as a customer, employee, and manager. This was by far the best experience I've had at a location. It was even peak dinner, and the food was fresh, the service was excellent, and the food was fast. I'm so happy I moved to this area and that a location can renew my faith in McDonald's.
Not bad, ice cream machine wasn't working, burger was a little burnt, fries were a little salty, but other than that it was fine, pretty typical for McDonalds except the people were really extra great

The service is good when they're not understaffed.
They're definitely under paid to deal with the people that come in there and treat them like trash or screaming at them. My experience is usually ruined by the other guests poor behavior if it's ever bad.
Foods usually right out the heat so it's fresh and tasty. They're always super polite to me when we interact and it's typically pretty clean. Honestly one of the better McDonald's I've been to.
This is where I get my coffee while in Nashville visiting the stepson. He doesn't own a coffee maker! Easy fast drive thru service......7am in the morning.
The past few weeks I’ve come have been amazing! Even at night! The food is warm and the workers were so nice today and got my order right. Thank you so much!

My husband ordered online and it was hot and fresh ready to go.
I didnt dine in.... My girlfriend and I stopped after my taekwondo class.... it was late... but we stopped... they were nice service was quick.... food was okay... i dont really eat at McDonald's.... but i got nuggies!!! They were okay.... overall not terrible.... but filling and hit the spot for the time being!!!
